registration, all participants agree to the waiver and the no refunds policy which both state we do not offer refunds and dates and locations are subject to change.  At this time, we are will ing to make an exception for Jody and issue refunds for her purchases.

Unacceptable as their should be a refund option in the case that a complete date change happens.  Foam glow should have looked into alternate venues so those who scheduled their plans could still take part.  Due to the unprofessionalism and unethical practice I would prefer never to do a race with this company.  I had an opportunity to take a work trip over original dates that I purposely moved to the 19-25 so I could take part in this, only to have dates changed.  It is extremely disappointing.  If you were to refund based on the circumstance which would be the right thing to do, I would rebook a future event and spread the message on how great you are and still promote this to friends and family.

date are subject to change". I spoke with Craig about selling his registrations to a new participant and then transferring them to a different event we host.  We have provided options to accommodate him and will move forward with doing that.

The demolition of the [redacted] had been planned and known since last year. Blacklight Corp. had plenty of time to verify this information before the event date. I do not wish to have any future interaction with this company unless it is a refund.

Unfortunatly we experienced a serious issue on the part of the venue management during the event which caused a snow ball effect and lead to many of the issues you listed. We are very sorry for the experience you had and want to make it up to you as well. In adition to us not only refunding your registrations we would like to give you 4 additional VIP registerations (valued at $180) to our next event which is called [redacted] and is being held in August at the same venue. I spoke with [redacted] many times explaining our policies.  It is stated in the waiver that he signed that our event is not refundable. (Please see below attachment) This participant did not contact our staff until over a month after the event had taken place...

requesting a refund.  It is stated on our FAQ page that if you cannot attend or need a transfer, you must contact our email service prior to the event taking place. Services were rendered for this event to all 9,000 participants that registered.  Unfortunately, there is no further option to provide at this point.Ryan

The message was then followed with options to transfer the registration to another event or new participant that can make the date.
 Unfortunately, the venue moved the demolition date up on us and we are a no refunds event.  We will make an exception and hold the
registrations for a future event that this particular participant can attend.

I have communicated with [redacted] and explained in depth that he was given incorrect information and I can not issue him a refund for 6 VIP registrations.  We do have a referral program that can be used when you register however it is not applicable if not used...

A participant has the option to send a friend their referral link to register through, once they have 5 friends sign up they are issued a $20 credit.  This can only be redeemed one time per referral link. [redacted] could not receive 6 credits event if he would have used the promotion. I did apologize for not having the correct size t-shirts and if provided an address, I will have our fulfillment center send 8 size medium shirts to him. I will also still honor the 10 future registrations if he would like to accept the offer.Ryan

I participated in the Foam Glow 5k in Nashville on May 9, 2014, it was a diaster. The race course itself was a major issue. It wound around the property at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Nashville, which was not a suitable location for a 5K. They crammed more that 14,000 people into a field to walk that couldn't handle even 1/2 that. We walked on a mixture of asphalt, uneven grass with holes hidden in the grass and by the dark, and gravel pathways composed of large stones several inches thick that were not packed down. Parts of the area we walked was so dark that it became a hazard because of holes in the field. I injured my knee thanks to one of these holes. Only 1 water station and it was at the end, and if like me you got hurt you just had to suck it up and complete the 5k because there was no volunteers or security to be see except at the start line. I am signed up for their Blacklight Run in October but if it is at the same venue I will not be attending.

Maybe there is a neighbor, friend or coworker that would like to attend. Unfortunately, these are the only options we can provide.

Good Morning,We had our first communication with April on July 21st.  We informed her of our standard policy that we are not a refundable event as is stated in the waiver that participants sign at the time of registration.  We did offer to transfer her registration to another event...

or another participant.  It does state on our website that dates are subject to change and the event was moved due to safety concerns being as their is a neighborhood near the venue and it was previously scheduled for Halloween.  We are happy to accommodate this participant within our means.[redacted]

I registered for a FoamGlow run in Richmond, VA that was supposed to run on August 22nd. I received an email that the event was "postponed" due to logistical issues. The event has not been rescheduled and they are refusing to refund money. It is extremely unprofessional to cancel an event and not offer a refund. Since this occurred, I have read numerous other reports of this company doing this in other locations. I will not participate in any other events held by this company. Make sure to checkout who the race is owned by before registering - 1N3 puts on several different events.

I wanted to write to let you know how incredibly disappointed I was to attend your event on 8/26 at the Washington State Fair grounds. I wasn't even that upset when the date changed from June to August. Although the original friend was unable to come with me, we were able to get the ticket transferred.

I was disappointed, that this was marketed as a Blacklight slide.This was far from a blacklight event. It was from 6-10pm, in the daylight! The towel you get with the event, well that was a joke. I might have been able to wipe off one of my butt cheeks with it. Then the location. This was in a parking lot. So I paid $40 to wait 40 mins to go down an inflatable slide, in a parking lot, during the day.
