To whom it may concern,
I have communicated with [redacted] and explained in depth that he was given incorrect information and I can not issue him a refund for 6 VIP registrations.  We do have a referral program that can be used when you register however it is not applicable if not used...

correctly. A participant has the option to send a friend their referral link to register through, once they have 5 friends sign up they are issued a $20 credit.  This can only be redeemed one time per referral link. [redacted] could not receive 6 credits event if he would have used the promotion. I did apologize for not having the correct size t-shirts and if provided an address, I will have our fulfillment center send 8 size medium shirts to him. I will also still honor the 10 future registrations if he would like to accept the offer.Ryan

To whom it may concern,
We have had no email communication from [redacted] Wise in any of our email services.  I would be happy to assist her if she would email us at [redacted]

To whom it may concern,
All participants were notified of the date change via email as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the venue moved their demolition date up on us which forced us to move our event date.  During the registration process, all participants do agree to the no refunds...

policy. At this time, we have made an exception and refunded the participants money.Ryan

I took part in the Nashville Foam Glow 5K, put on my 1N3 LLC over the weekend. My experience was very negative, but every post that I put on their page is deleted with no warning, no explanation, and no apology. I want to issue a public warning to anyone considering becoming involved with one of the Foam Glow events. I also would like transparency from them in what the foam is composed of, as it is staining much more than just clothing and causing eye issues and allergic reactions.

A warning to anyone considering the Foam Glow 5k Runs...

The Nashville event and the response of 1N3 LLC in relation to concerns has soured me entirely on ever being involved in another of the company's runs. Instead of responding to concerns, they have resorted to deleting any negative comments from their Facebook page and are not being transparent about the risk participants take. I am now seeking out avenues for posting reviews to which they have no deletion abilities.

I have heard great reviews of the pre-party before the party, but because of the 17,000+ other people there, we couldn't even get close to the stage. The race course itself was a major issue. It wound around the property at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Nashville, which was not a suitable location for a 5K. We walked on a mixture of asphalt, uneven grass with holes hidden in the grass and by the dark, and gravel pathways composed of large stones several inches thick that were not packed down. Today, I am nursing a very painful knee/ankle injury caused by stepping into one of the hidden holes.

The course itself was very poorly marked and there were several areas where people bottle-necked. We had to wait for about 10 minutes to make it through an opening in the fence at one point, where traffic was going in both directions.

Today, my eyes still sting from the foam getting into them, and when I showered last night and some of the water ran into my mouth, the taste was horrendous. I am truly concerned about what exactly was in the foam, becuase no one bothered to release an MSDS sheet of ingredient list.

There was very poor traffic control getting out of the park after the run and people were sitting for quite some time in their attempt to leave. There were only 3 foam stations around the actual course, when the event was hyped up to be so much more. There was very little lighting and it was only sporadic, contributing to the dangerousness of the course itself.

The foam itself STAINS. Not only clothes -- that is to be expected. However it will also stain hair. I know of one woman with pink hair this morning, and another with neon orange. It was said the colors will easily wash out of hair, but that is not the case.

This event was VERY poorly executed and I have serious questions about whether they actually do donate some of the hundreds of thousands they made to the local children's hospital, as is vaguely advertised on their website. I hope the experiences of runners in other cities is different because in Nashville, our experiences were not good.

Unfortunately none of the other events are in Orange County or nearby at all. Per email received, I only have 48 hours prior to my scheduled event to transfer my enrollment (to a different event). Since there are none close to my area or on a comparable day. I find this unacceptable.

I am also aware of my rights as a consumer. And since I have not received any services for the funds I have paid. I would like a refund.

Thank you

I wanted to write to let you know how incredibly disappointed I was to attend your event on 8/26 at the Washington State Fair grounds. I wasn't even that upset when the date changed from June to August. Although the original friend was unable to come with me, we were able to get the ticket transferred.
I was disappointed, that this was marketed as a Blacklight slide. This was far from a blacklight event. It was from 6-10pm, in the daylight! The towel you get with the event, well that was a joke. I might have been able to wipe off one of my butt cheeks with it. Then the location. This was in a parking lot. So I paid $40 to wait 40 mins to go down an inflatable slide, in a parking lot, during the day.
Incredibly disappointed

To whom it may concern,
I spoke with Brian yesterday and made attempts to address his concerns about the event. We do host a family friendly event and did not hear any other complaints of nudity. The address of the event has been listed on the website since it was posted and Brian was aware...

of the location at the time of registration therefor seeing as he knew where the slide was taking place if he thought it was not the best area for his family, he did not have to register. The event did have a rain delay and our Crew and the local authorities did a great job of communicating what was happening. The event reopened and was even permitted to stay open past the cutoff time so the participants could enjoy the slides. There was not a lack of security at this venue. I have confirmed with all Crew members that not one of them told any participant that they would be receiving a refund as it is our policy. We do not control the weather and we did follow through with our end by hosting the event, unfortunately you can not receive a refund due to matter of opinion.  Brian did agree to the waiver and the no refunds policy at the time of registration there for we will not be issuing a refund for his registrations.  He did also state during our conversation that his kids were sliding which means they did participate and were hopefully able to at least have some fun.  If needed, I can send over the signed agreements from Brian's registration.Ryan

I reached out via [redacted] several times, including a post to your...

page. I just want a refund of the tickets that I paid for and was not allowed to use, due to not getting the confirmation email. I checked all SPAM folders as the event neared. The only confirmation I received was the confirmation of my purchase. I will accept nothing less. The attached communication is the ONLY  one that was received for both tickets. These were for my son, and young cousin as birthday gifts. Thanks for making me appear to be the liar.

Hi [redacted]We are still working with the venue, performers and the rentals to secure a new date. We will make an announcement of the new date once it's secured! Once we know, you will know. Also, as is stated on our website, dates are subject to change and we are a non refundable...

event.  We will be announcing the new date shortly.  If you find that you can not make the new date, we are happy to help you out with a transfer to another participant or event that we host.  Thank you and have a great day,Ryan

I registered & attempted to run the black light run in Tampa on Saturday, June 27th. I was extremely disappointed with the organization of the event. I emailed them the following day with my complaints & have not heard back yet.
These are my complaints:
There was an email sent out to arrive early. The earliest we could leave was 7pm, which is not an unrealistic expectation, being that should give us 2 hours to get to The fairgrounds that is typically a 15 minute drive. However due to obscene number of people (I believe the race announcer said 15,000 people) & with only one entrance into the fairgrounds & no police to direct traffic, it took us 1 1/2 hours to travel 1 mile. When we finally parked. There was No direction from any crew where anything was- the entrance to the event, where the glow powder packs were or the starting line up was. Also there was no enforcement of bibs to run. I could've just paid the $6 for parking & ran without registering like hundreds of other people. There were Way too many people there for such a small run. We were unable to actually run because of the number of people & the terrible course- not enough width for that many people, potholes, mudpuddles, trash on the ground, drunks, etc. Even if there was a small bit of space to run, I would've advised against it because of the uneven ground. Someone could get majorly hurt. By the time we got to the last powder station, they were out of powder & we were in the 5th wave of people to run. There was one food vendor & approximately 20 portable bathrooms.Shirt was cheap & a waste of $28.

Hello [redacted],We have spoken and emailed multiple times with you directly that your check has been issued and should arrive in the mail any day now.  We refunded the full amount of your purchase @ $78.03 check #1206.Thank you and have a great day,[redacted]

To whom it may concern,
We first spoke with Craig on July 8th about his options for our date change. He did agree to our no refunds policy which is posted on our website, and in the registration path twice.  Also posted on our FAQ page is the refund policy that states "location and...

date are subject to change". I spoke with Craig about selling his registrations to a new participant and then transferring them to a different event we host.  We have provided options to accommodate him and will move forward with doing that.
Ryan

To whom it may concern,
While we are a no refunds event and are still going to provide a service, at this time we have issued a refund for the participant.  The credit will appear in the next 3-5 business days.

They didn't even read my complaint or request. As stated, I can't attend the Tampa event without spending more money, driving 4+ hours to get there, and finding 3 other people to attend the event with me. I want to be refunded for having had the event cancelled back in June.

I am never going to an event put on by this company again. I participated in the blacklight run in Tampa, FL at the FL state fairgrounds. Last night (6/27/15) was so disorganized and so over sold 15,000 people and that's not including the ones who joined that day. It was my first 5K so being excited about it we got there early enough to miss the lines trying to get in (I had a friend that sat in line for 2 hours trying to park) but we didn't get much color powder on us once the race started. We were the 5th or 6th group to go through and by the time we got to the areas they throw powder on you they were out (if we wanted colored powder on us we had to pick it up off the ground and throw it at each other). You didn't see any volunteers on the course helping out. A few black light spots didn't even work. The pot holes were horrible (I walked it and even had problems with them). The paths were hard to see and once you started runners and walkers were mixed together so bad that people were tripping over each other or running in to each other. Someone is going to wind up getting hurt on one of their runs. I expressed my concern on their facebook page and they deleted my statement about last night. Blacklight run deleted anything negative on their page and then blocked the people from commenting. Foam glow is also put on by this company and I was going to go to it but after last night I have decided not to. You would think with the amount of money they made off of the event last night they would have been a little more organized.

To whom it may concern,
Our event is Seattle was postponed due to circumstances out of our control.  All  participants were notified and provided with the same options. Our events are not refundable as is posted on our website, in the waiver and the no refund policy...

which every participant agrees to during registration. We have not received any email communication from this participant.  I will need the participant to notify me personally so we can rectify the situation.  Please email me directly at [email protected],
Ryan

Hi [redacted],
While we did email you all the event information on both 6-27-2016 and 7-14-2016 at this time I will make an exception and refund your registrations minus the processing fee.  Have a good day.
Ryan

To whom it may concern,

All participants were notified of the date change with the following message:

"As you may have...

heard, Irvine Meadows Amphitheater is being demolished.  Due to this, our event is moving up from November 5, 2016 to
Sunday, October 23, 2016! We apologize for the delayed announcement but we had to secure all logistics first. "
The message was then followed with options to transfer the registration to another event or new participant that can make the date.
Unfortunately, the venue moved the demolition date up on us and we are a no refunds event.  We will make an exception and hold the
registrations for a future event that this particular participant can attend.
