I was very pleased with Blue DotMy furnace stopped working unexpectedly and I needed to have it replaced rather quicklyI placed a call to several Heating & AC companies but Blue Dot was very responsiveThe salesman was very professional and knowledgeable and I felt like he would take good care of meThe installation team called prior to their scheduled arrival time to let my husband and I know that they were on the wayThey arrived on time and were very efficient and knowledgeableThe new furnace was installed and tested in no timeThey went over everything with us from pointing out the features, to providing us with instructions on how to operate and maintain the systemThey cleaned up the area and hauled away all of the old equipmentIt was indeed a very pleasant experienceI would recommend this company to anyone needing Heating & AC services

We purchased a new heat pump from Blue Dot Services of Maryland We scheduled the install for approximately one week later The installers ***, *** and *** arrived on time and had all the correct equipment that we purchased They were very competent and professional They installed our complete system in one day when we were told it might take two days They were very conscientious about not getting our carpets and floors dirty They tested the system for correct operation and showed us how to operate our new system We are very happy with the install

I just had Blue Dot install a heat pump and air system Donald *** and his helper, Brad, did an excellent job of installing the units They were efficient and accomplished the tasks in a small amount of time They did not take breaks or even lunch, but finished their job first

The technician (Shawnte *** provided excellent service when repairing the air conditioner system in our home We, additionally were impressed with his professionalism
