F. E was the technician who came to our house to conduct the service. He is a top-notch professional who spelled out all of our options with regard to upkeep and maintenance of our HVAC systems. We will no doubt be using Blue Dot in the future as this was a most impressive and positive experience.

Don and his helper, Brad, did a FANTASTIC job of installing my new furnace and a.c.!!! They worked extremely hard all day with no breaks to get the job done. They were on time, very courteous, polite and professional. Its been a week now and all is working beautifully! Will did a great job installing our furnace and central air conditioning. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

My furnace was due for the fall/winter seasonal check-up. A Blue Dot representative called, noted the purpose of the call, and provided the necessary contact information to return the call - all this was in clear, articulate, and well-spoken English. When I returned the call to schedule a date, I provided the two most convenient dates for my own work schedule and the representative was able to accommodate the earlier of the two dates which was only four days away. The technician, Curtis B., arrived well within the designated time frame and ready to work. He paid careful attention to neatness moving in and out of the house as necessary; and he acknowledged my cat which she always appreciates from guests! He ran the requisite diagnostics on the furnace and checked the physical condition of various components while keeping me posted on what exactly what he was doing to maintain it. He also noted a potential problem with one of the furnace components and explained what indicators there were to identify the issue. Curtis was also quite congenial and interactive during his visit even while working. He is polite, well-spoken, and helpful.
