Outstanding communication and service by Thomas L - great job!!!

The sales person Doug was great through out the process, had a little clich scheduling the inspection but that was miss communication. The rough in team and their supervisor Mike [redacted] were awesome very personal and answered all the questions. the install team Don [redacted] & Chris A were really good knew their trade and worked steady and the install looks great. Don took the time to really explain the new system and how to operate the thermostat. The teams were very clean and polite except one thing a large box of trash was left behind in my laundry room, may have been an over site as it was not in the immediate work area but none the less it's there and I have to haul it away. So for an overall rating for the team they get a 9

Zach S. was on time, courteous and efficient in examining our unit and suggesting options to enhance the unit experience.

Tony B. the technician did a great job servicing our HVAC units. He was on time, thorough and professional.

Ramon R. and Tony installed replacement central air and new thermostat and did and excellent job. The old unit had to be removed and, due to its placement, this was not easy. They were professional, hard working and thorough.

Prompt, professional, courteous

Don, Ty and Corey worked very hard to complete the job and took the time to explain the install and all the aspects of the new system. They completely cleaned the install areas and left no trash behind. I was very satisfied.

Blue Dot installed a new Carrier Comfort Series heat pump and compressor. It is a 2 ton 14 seer unit. The unit was installed in a reasonable period of time, i.e., one day. The installers were: R.E; J.P; and K.U.

The consultant was R.P.

My experience and bottom line price was postive.

Mr Tony B. did great job inspecting our a.c unit.

Had a new Carrier Furnace/ Air Conditioning system from Blue Dot installed by Kevin and Justin today and they were excellent. On time, polite and willing to answer questions about my new system. Did little things like making sure the Air Conditioner pad was level by propping it up on bricks, put the furnace system on feet to keep water from making contact with system and the pan, cleaned up all the loose bolts and nails afterwards. They always wore booties when in the main parts of the house. I'm very satisfied with their install and looking forward to starting the system up and start saving $$ with better efficiency.

The technician's customer service was impeccable. He arrived on time and identified himself and went right to work on the furnace. he fixed it in a timely fashion and provided education so that I would not find myself without heat again. I would definitely use them again.

We were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and knowledge that Don and his assistant Brad displayed when recently installing our new HVAC system.. They were courteous, respectful, and hard-working - they worked extra hours to ensure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction! Don and Brad were dedicated to a job well done and we would highly recommend Blue Dot to friends and family.

Don and Will did a great job competing an installation of a new home HVAC unit. They were on time, neat, and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Blue Dot for any HVAC needs.

The collective experience of promptness, efficiency, and genuine dedicstion to providing me excellent customer service was second to none. The sales, and installation team were excellent in a time where a quick turn around was needed to remedy my central air issues. Don and Brad were beyond professional, I felt as if I had known them, and welcomed them as friends in my home. I would strongly recommend blue dot.

Our installation technicians, Montre P. and Ray M. were great. On time, professional, courteous and able to answer all our questions. We have a very good first impression of Blue Dot, which came highly recommended by our neighbor.

I've been using Blue Dot for years to insure that my a/c and furnace are both working properly prior to each cooling and heating season. Customer service has always been great ... it's easy to book an appointment ... they call you to let you know when the service person is on the way ... and I've NEVER been disappointed with the technician. Today was no exception. Zach arrived on time and was totally professional and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him as well as the maintenance that Blue Dot is exceptional at handling.
