Mark [redacted] did the cleaning and check up for both of my heating/ac systems He did a very thorough check and kept me informed. He was extremely courteous, pleasant and respectful of my home. I would definitely request him again when I do my fall cleanings.

We have a new Heat/AC system installed Feb 22 by Blue Dot. It was cold so the AC unit was never tested but the heat worked fine. Yesterday (Mar 9) I tried the AC for the first time. The compressor would not come onjust the fan. I called Blue Dot late in the day and Mike [redacted] came out that evening. He said an incompatible thermostat had been installed and replaced it. Unit works fine now only the new thermostat has fewer bells & whistles (I think it may be a cheaper one.)
Anyway, Mike did a great job and explained the problem to me.

In the month of February when it was extremely cold. Blue Dot came to repair my heating system, they were very professional and courtesy. The technical came, discover why the heating system did not work and he got the necessary parts within a short time and have my heating system working again. Thanks to Technical Mr. Larry

I was very happy with the service I received. The crew was very polite and professional. They stopped and answered any questions my wife and myself had. They thanked us for the work. They left the area as clean as they found it . They were very competent, the install went off without a hitch. I have no complaints with the crew that preformed the work.

Blue Dot and all of their employees are amazing! My heater went out late at night and they sent someone over within the hour to fix it. I ended up having to replace my furnace and entire HVAC system. They were out the next day to do so and credited me for the replacement parts on the old system they had replaced a week before.
I would highly recommend Blue Dot to anyone!! They are an amazing company and genuinely care about their customers.

From the moment I contacted Blue Dot due to a leaking air conditioner, through to having a technician examine it, having a salesman come out to price out new units, and finally having the new unit installed only 2 days later, my entire experience with Blue Dot has been overwhelmingly positive. The technicians that installed my new unit, Jeff E. and Ryan W., were extremely patient and willing to work late into the night to fix issues and wouldn't leave until both they and I were satisfied that everything was running properly. They informed me that the original unit they were given to install wasn't 100% perfect, so without question, they returned it and got a new one. I can quote them as saying "I wouldn't want that done to me, so I wouldn't do that to you". I will be doing business with them from now on for all of my HVAC needs, and I would heartily recommend their services to anyone needing similar work done.

Both Chris ** and Will ** have an excellent knowledge of air conditioning unit installation. They kept us informed of the components and why they were required. The work was done in a professional manor and the finished project looked great.

Dwayne was a very knowledgeable and friendly service tech, who took the time to explain what was going on with my HVAC system and provide options to address.

Shawnte [redacted] was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Did an excellent job.

My infant has been battling horrible congestion this season so I had Blue Dot come out to install a humidifier to my system and Matt and Cory were so great! They were on time, professional and explained exactly how to use it before they left. I would definetly recoomend Blue Dot to people with HVAC needs and escpically M. & C.!

We did not have any heat on 1/5/16. Peter P. was actually servicing a neighbors house next door and came over after he was done. He fixed our heat, explained what was wrong and gave us recommendations on how to keep our HVAC unit in tip top shape. I am so glad he agreed to come over and take a look at our unit for us. Thanks again Peter!

Excellent service from Peter at Blue Dot. Unfortunately he was here due to an
incomplete service by the previous technician.
Peter solved the problem immediately, and then checked over the system.

This is the second time I've had Tony B. from Blue Dot come for the annual "get ready for winter service", and I can't speak highly enough. Blue Dot replaced my entire unit 3 years ago and they have been nothing but the best when it comes to the semi annual maintenance.

The crew of Bryant G,, Rey M, and Montre installed a furnace and an air conditioning unit. They were wonderful, polite and worked until both units were installed and tested. They also cleaned up after themselves. It was excellent service .

The technician was on time, was very professional and completed the Fall "checkup".
