Larry B. from Blue Dot recently serviced our son's AC unit. He did a great job, showed up RIGHT ON TIME, was polite, careful to keep the house clean and was just generally great !!!!!

Blue Dot called me in advance of the technicians arrival as promised. Tony, my technician arrived within a few minutes. He put protective booties over his shoes and started to work on my furnace. He changed both my filter and humidifier pad and performed a thorough check of my furnace. Tony left the area clean when he was finished. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and thoroughness. I recommend Blue Dot to other customers. Thanks for a job well done!

Have a service contract with Blue Dot Services of Maryland for the heating/cooling system in our home. Gary M was the service technician and answered all the questions I had and didn't mind at all that I watched what he was doing. Gary also recommended several products for our system. He explained how each worked and provided a brochure. Very happy with Blue Dot Services of Maryland.

The service technician, Zach S., did a great job. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly. He was courteous and polite. He was easy to talk to and understand!! He gave excellent service!!!

Poor service and professionalism! I had scheduled a routine service appointment with Blue Dot for the afternoon of Wednesday, 16 December between 12-3pm. The call center representatives contacted me the night prior to remind me of the appointment and again the afternoon of the appointment. At 3pm the day of the appointment, I contacted Blue Dot to inquire on the status of the technicians and was informed they were running late and would be there shortly. At 4:30pm I contacted them again and was informed it would now be after 5:30pm before they could arrive. At this point, I rescheduled the appointment for the following Tuesday, 22 December between 8-9am...the scheduler apologized profusely and informed me I was being scheduled for the first appointment. The evening prior to the appointment, I was again called by Blue Dot and reminded of the appointment. However, the following morning at 8:32am, I was again called and informed the technicians were running late due a meeting they had scheduled for the morning. By 9:45am the technicians had not yet arrived and I contacted Blue Dot and requested to speak with a manager. I was passed to the call center manager, Tamika, who informed me the technicians were running late, due to internal training they had every Tuesday and Thursday and they should not have scheduled the appointment for first thing. When I inquired into the status of the appointment, I was then informed it would be closer to 10:45-11:00am, since the technicians were coming from Forest Hill, MD. As a result, I requested to speak with the General Manager and was informed he was in a meeting, but I could leave him a voicemail...9 days later and I've still not heard back from Blue Dot!!! Bottomline: I took two separate day off work for scheduled appointments and the company truly lacks professionalism...I would strongly recommend against using them!!!

Tony B. performed the service on my furnace. Tony was prompt, quick and gave me helpful advice to help keep my home comfortable.

I've been a customer of blue dot services for years. Their customer service, their service personnel and their products have continued to be outstanding for over 30 years.

Our water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. We scheduled an appointment on a Sunday. We were told a technician would be at our house between 10-2pm. No one showed or called. We called around 2:30 to inquire and was told a "supervisor" would call us and give us a status update. Still nothing. Called back around 4:30 (2.5 hours after we were told a supervisor would call) and still nothing. Was told again someone would call us.
No one ever showed! No one ever called!
Luckily we called [redacted] at 6pm (same Sunday) and they arrived within 2 hours, supplying us with hot water.

I don't know how a professional company runs a business with this customer service. There was no customer service. Worst ever.

I will ever use these people again nor recommend them. I was over charged for the AC repair and had the service tech try to tell me he couldn't add freon to my system unless he found a supposed leak which was going to cost over a $1,000.00.
I have since found that the freon can drop with the age of the system and not necessarily be from a leak. What a scam! Parts replaced where < $39. My service charge for less than an hour of time plus parts was $469.00!! I am sorry but that is BS. Will never use these people again!!!

Blue Dot was great as always. Called at 7:30AM for an appointment. Received two calls throughout the AM updating me on arrival times of the tech. The tech, Chris W. was great. He was very helpful in explaining things to us. He took the time to address ALL concerns we were having. Very professional and great!!

Install technicians Montre and Damon of Blue Dot heating and air conditioning installed my new HVAC sysystem. The gentleman arrived promptly and worked diligently throughout the intall process. They were respectful to home and did not leave debris or dirt. They fully explained the parts and components upon completion and provided contact information should I have any concerns. I feel I made a wise decision selecting Blue Dot for my new HVAC system!

Tony spent three hours troubleshooting my system. He was courteous and very thorough. Great job!

Showed up on time. Made sure not to make a mess. Were very nice.

I had both heat pumps replaced in 2 days....The work was well coordinated and was completed in a very timely manner...The work was also done in a very professional
manner which is somewhat hard to come by these days....The work place was also left very clean of all removed items ...I would strongly recommend this workers on any of my new or old projects Jeff E...Ryan W....Kevin G...Justin P Tom D..
