"Customer service has reached out to the customer directly and we have approved the items to be returned for a refund." Unfortunately, what is being stated here and what is an actual event ... does not match. I haven't heard back from their CSR and certainly hearing for the first time they are approving the refund. I will consider this resolved once they refund my money.

It did not include any restrictions. They need to change that because that's false advertising. When can I expect an email or call so that I can exchange these shoes?

Whenever people do business with someone in commerce; isn't it done by contract? Please see Black Law's dictionary 4th Ed under contracts: implied, verbal, etc, Also please see Uniform Commercial code : [redacted] [redacted].Therefore; there has to be a contract inorder for a business to interact with one of the people.There was a refund received on 7/*/16 for the aforementioned $274 plus change. Let it be known that I am grateful for the refund of the red shoes; I reserve the right not to require any further action on my part for it. I intended to receive the promised refund for the return of the blue shoes and that was my goal.

As noted previously, Bluefly will only refund goods originally sent out to customers. The goods received in their original returned boxes were not Bluefly merchandise.
