satisfaction.  In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Customer Care Manager attempted to contact the customer, leaving multiple voicemail messages. The Customer Care Manger has indicated to the customer that while Bose is fully committed to discussing the issue at hand, this must involve a telephone conversation to verify the current status of delivery etc.  There have been no return calls. Bose now considers this matter temporarily closed, although we are fully open to any discussion.  We encourage the customer to contact Bose, at ([redacted], should he have any further questions or concerns.   We hope the customer will continue to purchase and enjoy Bose products.

satisfaction.  On July 24, 2015, Mr. [redacted], a Customer Care Manager, contacted Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] was able to remedy the issue with Mr. [redacted]’s headset order by arranging for the new replacement headset to be shipped to Mr. [redacted] first, thereby eliminating the “3-week” waiting period involved in the [redacted] tracer process.  Mr. [redacted] will be closely monitoring this order to ensure a timely delivery to Mr. [redacted].   Mr. [redacted] should feel free to contact Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] if he has any further questions or concerns.We sincerely hope Mr. [redacted] continues to purchase and enjoy Bose products.

Care Manager, attempted to reach the customer by telephone, but was
unsuccessful due to the customer’s voicemail box being full.  On December 9, 2015, Mr. [redacted] then sent an
email to the customer stating that his order could not be processed because the
name and address provided by the customer could not be verified.  Mr. [redacted] further explained to the customer
in the email that the order was cancelled and the customer’s credit card would
not be charged.The customer
may visit http://global.bose.com to locate the nearest Bose dealer in his country.If
the customer has any questions, he should contact Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] or [redacted]Thank
you.
