This letter is in response to the rebuttal for complaint # *** and submitted to the Revdex.com and Bose Corporation.
Bose is dedicated to providing great products and service to its customers and enjoys a fine reputation for customer satisfaction. In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Customer Care Manager contacted the customer and had a productive telephone conversation with her. It appears that after that conversation, the auto dealership did not resolve the customer’s concerns like the Bose Customer Care Manager had hoped for. We apologize for this as our intention is always for our customers to be happy.

Our statement today is in response to the customer’s most recent communication to the Revdex.com, filed on August 15, 2017. It is our customary practice at Bose to have a conversation with our customers prior to any transaction that involves potential service offered for a Bose product issueWe are not able to simply send product without first speaking directly with the customer We strongly encourage the customer to contact her Customer Care Manager at her earliest convenience to resolve this complaint

8/16/ This letter is in response to Complaint No# *** was filed on 8/9/which was submitted to the Revdex.com and Bose Corporation. This Customer complaint arises from an email communication alerting the customer of potential counterfeit Bose products
Bose has confirmed that this email correspondence was sent via a third party and not via an authorized Bose email channelBose is dedicated to providing great products and service to its customers and enjoys a fine reputation for customer satisfaction. In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Customer Care Manager attempted to contact customer multiple times via telephone in order to address any concerns that customer may have had following receipt of the third-party email communication. After communicating with customer via email, Bose indicated that a phone conversation would be necessary to fully understand and resolve the issue. The customer declined that offer. Bose then stated that it could easily grant his desired settlement contingent on having a brief phone conversation. The customer never responded to that offer. Until the customer agrees to speak to his Customer Care Manger by phone, Bose will consider this matter closed. The customer is encouraged to contact Bose, at *** ***, should he have any further questions or concerns We hope the customer will continue to purchase and enjoy Bose products

4/9/ This letter is in response to Complaint (rebuttal)# *** which was filed on 4/6/and submitted to the Revdex.com and Bose Corporation. In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Customer Care Manager contacted the customer regarding his original complaint. As the customer stated, he had numerous conversations with members of our automotive division in which we (Bose) we were unable to fulfill his requestAlthough both parties were aware that the customer was not fully satisfied with the outcome, we did send a complimentary gift to show that we still value him as a customer and acknowledged the situation at hand. At the conclusion of the last communication between Bose and the customer, it appeared that the resolution was amicableHowever, this rebuttal does not seem to reflect that sentiment. Bose continues to uphold our final resolution with the customer

For the record, Bose wasn't able to send me a replacement of what I had ordered because they were apparently out of stock of that modelThey did provide a timely replacement in a different color If those that I had talked to originally had responded in this manner, this would have been taken care of at that time.I also need to mention that it was this complaint through Revdex.com that apparently immediately got the attention of the proper Bose personnel that were able to address this situation adequatelyMy thanks to you for facilitating that

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] I did not clarify in my rejection of the company response that my intention is to close the complaint myself upon receipt of the refund check which formally resolves the disputeI checked my *** *** credit card just a few moments ago, and the credit back is not there, so I am awaiting the agreed upon refund check in the mailIt is good to know that if a credit back should appear on the credit card subsequent to the mailing of the refund check, Bose has consented to my keeping it as well, though it appears doubtful that will happenAgain, as soon as I receive a refund that is weeks late, I will close the complaintI feel it is premature to do so prior to the resolution being fulfilled as opposed to merely a promise of one
