satisfaction.  In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Customer Care Manager contacted the customer and had a productive telephone conversation with him.  The Customer Care Manager honored the customer’s request for a refund which has now been processed by Bose. The customer has been made aware that it may take a number of days to reflect in his account and that we are hoping for a quick resolution. Bose now considers this matter closed.  We encourage the customer to contact Bose, at ([redacted], should he have any further questions or concerns.   We hope the customer will continue to purchase and enjoy Bose products.

satisfaction.  In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Customer Care Manager attempted multiple times to contact the customer and has not yet received a response. The product in question was delivered to her on October 4th and [redacted] tracking information confirming this delivery was provided by Bose on the voicemail left for her. Until we hear back from the customer with plans on how she would like to proceed, Bose will consider this matter closed.  We encourage the customer to contact Bose, at ([redacted], should she have any further questions or concerns.

satisfaction.  In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Customer Care Manager contacted the customer and attempted to address the customer’s concerns.  An extended warranty was offered, which we will still honor if the customer chooses.  The customer was ultimately able to get his technical issue resolved by a US representative, at his request.  For these reasons, Bose now considers this matter closed.  We encourage the customer to contact Bose, at [redacted], should he have any further questions or concerns.   We hope the customer will continue to purchase and enjoy Bose products.

2/19/18   This letter is in response to Complaint # [redacted], originally filed on 1/15/2018 and submitted to the Revdex.com and Bose Corporation.    Bose is dedicated to providing great products and service to its customers and enjoys a fine reputation for customer satisfaction.  In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Bose Customer Care Manager spoke to the customer by phone, around the same time that this rebuttal was written.  During the course of that phone call, the Customer Care Manager reiterated that not only is the customer’s original repair still active and in progress, but that Bose has sent multiple additional products to the customer, more so than what would customarily be done to rectify any customer complaint of this nature.  Bose now considers this matter closed.  We encourage the customer to contact Bose, at ([redacted], should he have any further questions or concerns.   We hope the customer will continue to purchase and enjoy Bose products.

I can only accept their response once I ensure my money has been refunded, which it has not as of yet.  The Customer Care Manager was very nice and understanding and I appreciated him reaching out to me.  This case can be considered closed once the money is officially refunded.
