When I receive the message, I try to provide the correct billing address to them, they said that they did not accept this credit card from outside of U.S, then I try to tell me them I could pay for it with one *** credit card which is issued by *** ***, but they still said that they could not restore this orderWhen I placed this order, I have received the confirmation mail from bosebut they cancel this order after somedays and the sale price expiredI also did not found any info for only accepting credit card from inside U.SThis is a discriminatory event

I do recommend a better process going forward for replacing small parts of expensive equipmentThis should be part of the manufacturing plan. Sending customers entire replacement systems to replace $worth of material is excessive (unless I get to keep all of it)It is not reasonable to make a customer responsible for returning $worth of equipment that they don't need. I simply needed replacement adapters; I did not need to replace the entire system. I had to go to a *** store with the return shipping label and use both time and gas to resolve a $problem.I am satisfied, and I will continue to purchase Bose products because they are undeniably the best

All this accusations are false This Bose they ship me is sealed and brand new Have Bose open the one they send me as picture I'm adding to this Tell me if it's empty or not If it's empty then they can refuse my refund.. They are not telling you the true story.I did not order this speakerThat's why it was not returned back I will call the police for those guys not shipping the right order.

I honest did not intend for it to be 100% closed. I was under the impression I was satisfied with their answer and are awaiting further information.2. My repair has not been completed and I don't want this to be pushed under the rug for any reason as communication is not great with certain departments in this company

This last response is a lot better than their previous attempt but for them to state they "consider this matter closed" tells me they are done without the customers consent which is fine but pretty BOLD of them!I still think it is a JOKE that they use poor speaking foreigners in the Philippines as their customer service representatives.
