satisfaction.  In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Customer Care Manager has attempted to contact the customer multiple times by telephone.  At this point, we still have not received a response from the customer.  The issue that the customer has presented is one that can be easily resolved, and we would like the opportunity to communicate with the customer by telephone to discuss the matter in greater detail.  We encourage the customer to contact her Customer Care Manager at her earliest convenience to resolve this complaint.

provide a resolution for this issue. Mr. [redacted] was able to fulfill the
customer’s order as she had originally intended. Should the customer have any
further questions going forward, she should feel free to contact Mr. [redacted]           at [redacted].We

satisfaction.  In the spirit of customer satisfaction, a Customer Care Manager attempted to reach the customer by phone multiple times but has not received a response. The Customer Care Manager has made the decision to send a complimentary gift(s) to the customer in acknowledgement of the customer’s complaint. The customer should be receiving a tracking number shortly and is always welcome to contact his Customer Care Manager in the future with any questions or concerns. Bose now considers this matter closed.  We encourage the customer to contact Bose, at ([redacted], should he have any further questions or concerns.   We hope the customer will continue to purchase and enjoy Bose products.

at Bose, communicated with Mr. [redacted] via email and was able to facilitate a new
product order that is set to arrive before Mr. [redacted]’s requested deadline of
December 12th.  For this reason, Bose considers this matter

8/18/2016This letter is in response to Complaint No. # [redacted] was filed on 8/9/2016 which was submitted to the Revdex.com and Bose Corporation.  This Customer complaint arises from a product inquiry, coupled with an email communication alerting the customer of potential counterfeit Bose products. Bose stands behind our initial response, and we are still here to address the customer’s product inquiry should he wish to speak to his Customer Care Manager by phone. The customer is encouraged to contact his Customer Care manager directly, should he have any further questions or concerns. Based on these details, and contingent on the customer contacting us for questions regarding his product, Bose will now consider this matter closed. We hope the customer will continue to purchase and enjoy Bose products.
