9/11/ This letter is in response to the rebuttal of Complaint# [redacted] which was filed on 9/11/and submitted to the Revdex.com and Bose Corporation The concerns in the customer’s original Revdex.com complaint are quite easy to resolve and Bose is willing to provide serviceWe can honor his desired settlement contingent on having a brief phone conversation The customer wishes to communicate by email but the process of gathering additional information, including an explanation the multiple steps involved in the overall process, would not be conducive to an email discussion Any Revdex.com complaint received by Bose requires a discussion by telephone; this would be brief yet effectiveWe strongly encourage the customer to contact his Customer Care Manger by phone, should he have any further questions or concerns We hope the customer will continue to purchase and enjoy Bose productsThank you

July 30, 2015This letter is in response to Mr [redacted] ’s letter dated July 24, 2015, which was submitted to the Revdex.com and Bose Corporation Bose is dedicated to providing great products and service to its customers and enjoys a fine reputation for customer satisfaction On July 24, 2015, Mr***, a Customer Care Manager, contacted Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] was able to remedy the issue with Mr [redacted] ’s headset order by arranging for the new replacement headset to be shipped to Mr [redacted] first, thereby eliminating the “3-week” waiting period involved in the [redacted] tracer process Mr [redacted] will be closely monitoring this order to ensure a timely delivery to Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] should feel free to contact Mr [redacted] at [redacted] if he has any further questions or concerns.We sincerely hope Mr [redacted] continues to purchase and enjoy Bose products
