December 9, 2015This letter is in response to Mr. [redacted] dated December 7, 2015, which was submitted to the RevDex.com and Bose Corporation. Bose is dedicated to providing great products and service to its customers and enjoys a fine reputation for customer satisfaction. In... an effort to try to resolve Mr. ***’s issue, Mr. ***, a Customer Care Manager at Bose, communicated with Mr. [redacted] via email and was able to facilitate a new product order that is set to arrive before Mr. ***’s requested deadline of December 12th. For this reason, Bose considers this matter closed. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, he should feel free to contact Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] .We sincerely hope Mr. [redacted] continues to purchase and enjoy Bose products.

February 19, This letter is in response to Complaint # [redacted] , dated February 17, 2016, which was submitted to the Revdex.com and Bose Corporation Upon receiving the customer’s complaint, Bose’s Customer Care team thoroughly researched the customer’s complaint and account history with Bose During the investigation, it was learned that the customer has been identified by our Sales management team and corporate security, as having a history of fraudulent activity with Bose Out of the eight separate customer profiles created under his name, in our systems, at least four sales orders in question resulted in claims of similar circumstances to this current complaint (i.e., receiving the wrong product, returning incorrect products to Bose, returning an empty box on one occasion, receiving refunds for items he claims to have not received) For the reasons stated above, Bose will not be issuing a credit to the customer, for the cost of the Custom Quiet Comfort headphones If the customer has any further questions or concerns, he should feel free to contact his Customer Care Manager from our corporate offices at [redacted] *** Otherwise, Bose considers this matter closedThank you

At this point, (months after I was supposed to receive my refund) I will believe it when I see a check in my mailbox or an actual refund to my credit card which again, was supposed to happen months ago. I should have gone to small claims court or *** *** probably would have received much more than the $I'm still probably never going to see. I will never do business with BOSE again and now they're frustrating me further by saying the Revdex.com complaint should be closed. When I receive my refund I will agree to close the complaint though I deserve more than $for the time I have had to put in to getting BOSE to fix their own mistake. Regards,

The person that contacted me from Bose was very rudeHe didn't listen very well to my concerns and put me down when I was upset that he wouldn't give me a contact number for customer service concerns where I could speak to a person in the USA that speaks proper EnglishThe person that called me from Bose basically indicated and I am using a synopsis: their customer service is now run out of the Philippines and Bose customers just have to accept this set up they have!I am still amazed that a company that tries to sell high end aviation equipment would use such a poor customer service setupWhen it comes to aviation I am shocked a company would do this!!!Revdex.com:

Bose is correct. I did receive products free. If they feel that this was more than typically done, I cannot help that. These actions were done on their own volition. The services promised to me by the customer service manager have yet to be delivered upon, so the matter remains open to me
