I have been a customer of Peaden for about years They have always given me great service They are dependable, knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and professional Whatever my needs, when I call they send someone over and take care of the problem and I don't have any hassle I highly recommend Peaden for HVAC, electrical, or plumbing problems
We purchased the year maintenance programEvery six months they come and check the a/c unit inside and outThey clean pieces inside and the unit outsideWe have had different servicemen and they are all super politeAlso the condo a crossed the street, where the people live out of stateThey called and asked me to check their condo because they received a huge increase in their bill( over double ) they called Peadon and they came out the same eveningThe temp in their condo was degreesI went over when the serviceman came and he fixed it until they could order in a new partThey returned days later and fixed it permanently

The Team that REPLACED MY DEFECTIVE UNIT did a good job I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND WHY AFTER VISITS BY YOUR TECHS IT TOOK ANOTHER WEEK AND A VISIT BY ANOTHER TECH TO GET THE UNIT REPLACED after it was apparent it had a problem I feel like you KNEW you had a defective product and were not proactive enough to go ahead and admit it and replace it.......I have waited this long to reply to your survey because I wanted to make sure the replacement unit worked properly, at least for a little while...I originally bought and paid for a unit that was warranted to last years and It made it a little over As you can see, I am not a happy Peaden Customer but we are both stuck with each other
The Peaden team was extremely well organized and efficient in removing the old and installing a new heat pump system for our condo unitIt was a complex job because the compressor unit was installed on the roof of the building and required a crane to remove the old and deliver the new unitThe whole job took took less tan six hours
I am so grateful for Peaden Air Conditioning They have always been prompt and solved any problem competently and effectively On the most recent occasion, their technician, [redacted] W., was very knowledgeable, courteous, and handled the problem expertly I would never call anyone other than Peaden Air!
Jamie [redacted] was my maintenance specialist he answered all my questions and was very polite and professionalI would recommend Peaden to all my friends and neighbors
