I have used Peaden electric and Peaden plumbing this week getting my house ready to pass inspection All three sets of workers went above and beyond to do their jobs quickly, neatly, and correctly I have never been so impressed with three different sets of workers The first night, the electrical duo stayed until pm helping me get the canned light holders fixed correctly They were just exceptional workers I cannot recommend them highly enough
I have been using Peaden for over twenty years with two new units and service This service preformed by Allen Mwas great He took a lot of time to diagnosis and correct the problem with my heat pump I have recommended Peaden every since my first contact with them for my first replacement unit
Alan *** the technician who serviced my unit today, was very professional, polite and friendlyI look forward to continued reliable and inexpensive service from PeadenThis is my second three-year contract with them
Both, the Technician was courteous and on time and explained the equipment problems clearlyLater, the Contract/Job Agent came on time and also was very good on description and costs of various services and installation of a system suitable for our needs
Service Specialist arrive and review the problem and presented a service order for our approval After discussion where he explained what was involved and the cost, agreement was reached and he went start immediately The work continued into the evening with out delay The job was completed above our satisfaction He keep the area clean and picked up every scrap We could not be more pleased with quality and neatness of the entire job
Tony the service man called ahead to tell me he was on his way. He arrived promptly
His appearance was neat & professional. He explained what the problem was with the air conditioner . He quickly repaired it Good job
Glen B. was my service technician today. What a GREAT job he did. Very professional and great customer skills. He got the job done in a timely fashion, diagnosed the problem, and got the parts on the way. He is welcome back any time. All service techs. should be as good as him.
Have been with this company for several years. We are on our second air conditioner unit with this company. They are quick to respond if you have an issue no matter what time day or night. It good to have a company you can trust and that knows what customer service means.

All the people I have dealt with have been great. They do an excellent job and never have to rework a job. That said, I think prices are way too high.
