I have been using Peaden for a number of years and have always been happy with their service I really love to see Allen [redacted] walk through my door, I know I'm in good hands I've worked with him before and he always gets my AC working right every time I feel comfortable with his work, he knows his stuff, he's always nice I feel like I've know him forever, he's such a great person, I now consider him as a friend I also met consultant Reggie [redacted] he was also a great person to work with, very knowledgeable and honest, he kept it real, that goes a long way This is the team you want when it comes down to your comfort and needed advice I felt less stressful, and very valued as a customer
Our water heater failed, Caleb responded quickly and worked with manufacture to resolve a warranty repair Caleb and Chad had the heater replaced quickly putting us back in hot water ASAP Thanks Peaden

I have condo's in Destin, Fl I have contracts on both with Peaden and have had for some time The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly When the technician fix's the problem he will give you a detailed verbal account of what was wrong and what he did to fix it I RECOMMEND PEADEN AIR CONDITIONING to anyone who is looking for Heat and Air, Plumbing and or Electrical
I had Peaden come out and repair two air conditioner units Dustin arrived on time and went right to work He informed me as to what he was doing throughout the repair process He related to me how I could assist in keeping my units working over the next few months He offered me a service plan that would be cost effective and ensure that my units remained in service I am very satisfied with the work he performed and would not hesitate to call Peaden again

When the a/c unit in our rental condo had been abused by our renter we called Peaden Air Conditioning and Plumbing They sent Danny Hwho came the following work day He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable Peaden is honest and reliable I would highly recommend them for your a/c needs
Been a customer of Peaden for almost years...until today The technicians are great, it is the customer service of the service department that is an issue I called Peaden because I was having issues with my heater They promptly came out and said it was the motor blower that needed replacement They charged me $534, and that was with a discount for having a service agreement in place and me asking numerous questions (first quote was $570)!! I asked what is the cost of the part because the research I did stated that the part should only cost about $and take about an hour to complete I called and spoke with Carl (who was very rude) He would not tell me how much the part actually cost or provide me a cost breakdown of how the costs were derived He just keep trying to tell me how they tried to save me money Yes, the entire job took less than an hour to complete; HOWEVER, the cost should have been around $(and that includes a generous mark up) I am very sad to say that they have lost a long standing customer today I trusted this company for years but feel like they were making up prices/charges today I will not be doing business with them anymore
