Peaden's Sales Rep, Danny [redacted] was very professional and thorough in his estimate to replace my HVAC unit He showed up within the hour after my initial call I was satisfied with his estimate; am just putting this project off for awhile Been using Peaden services for almost years which indicates I'm happy with them
I called at about Saturday afternoon after a renter reported the AC in our condo was outRoyce was there within an hour and fixed itVery prompt and very efficient, as has always been our experience with Peaden
Peaden responded quickly to my call and the service tech Jonathan could not have been more helpful He explained what had gone wrong with my system and what was needed to replace the defective part and the fact that because the system was very old I may want to consider replacement There was no pressure to do either, just facts that needed to be presented
Of Course our A/C quit working on one of the hottest days of the year and on a SaturdayWe called Peaden (who we have used before with positive results) and they sent their technician *** [redacted] quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor plus he fixed a switch that was not operating properly [redacted] had the A/C up and running in a short amount of time and the cost was in line with my expectations I asked [redacted] as he was leaving what time he got off work and reply was " whenever we have or customers complaints resolved"What a great attitude for a company and a technician Highly recommend Peaden
The staff we've had are so respectful of our home, always answer any questions, and have the supplies needed for repairs with them on the service trucks
Dependable, quick to respond, great service, technicians are always very knowledgeable, courteous and explain anything that you might have a question on
Peaden's staff members and technicians are friendly and professionalThey are very quick to respond to issues that require repairTheir work is exceptionalI recommend their maintenance plan as well
