As usual, the Peadon service was excellent The young service man was knowledgeable, helpful, and polite Been using Peadon for A/C for years and now some plumbing problems

Jarren was a very polite well mannered and quiet and clean installerHe was very knowledgeable and took his time taking our old dishwasher out and garbage disposalHe installed both very well and stay there long enough to check a full cycle on the dishwasher and also to review the details of both of the appliances that he installed I was very pleased with the workThe scheduling though was a problem not through him but through Peaden central they had two different people trying to schedule him without talking to each otherTherefore first call ended up being at 11:after you're done another job So I ended up sitting there for four hours waiting on him thinking he was coming but dispatcher from another town had sent him to another job
Reggie *** showed up on timeHe quickly understood my problem and needs and quickly supplied me with three different proposalsAll my questions and concerns were promptly addressedI've made my choice and installation will be in just two days after the initialWithout hesitation I recommend Reggie and Peaden AC to anyone in need of AC service/installation
Peaden have tended to our HVAC needs for many years and we will never changeThey are immediately prompt in responding and always take care of props and do competent installations
