I called Peaden and asked for a rough estimate for a Gal electric water heater replacementI was told typical is $I told them to come replace mineThe man came and looked at my heater for about minute, then gave me an estimate for $964.00! I told him that was way too muchHis reply was that they can't do any heater for $I told him I didn't want one for that amountNext, he gave me a bill for $"diagnostic" feeThere was no diagnosis! I needed a heater! Lowes charges $for an estimate and Home Depot does if free! Peaden wanted $for a new panHome Depot is less than $20.00! Peaden wanted over $for an expansion chamberHome Depot is less than $70.00! I called and asked for customer serviceThey told me I'd have to speak with the plumbing supervisorHe wasn't in but would call meOf course, he never called
