I have had excellent service from Peaden over the years, however, with the proliferation of cell phonesI have observed on several occasions that the technician spends my time on personal cell phone calls, this is unprofessional and in my opinion has no place on the job site, this calls should be done between jobs or at lunch break times

I needed one light switch (with a dimmer) changed outI am new to the area and called for an estimateWas told their rate was $something an hour plus partsso, I was thinking with the switch this should be no more than $They had to make two tripsThe first technician mis-diagnosed the switch that was neededThe second technician happened to have what was needed on his truckWhen he finished he presented an invoice for $and I paid himA couple of days later I called their office to inquire about the invoice amount and was told the Supervisor would call me backTwo days later after not receiving a return call, I called againThis time he returned my callI explained the situation and was told that because the light switch had a dimmer and not just a light switch that they charged more for thatI asked if it took more time (knowing that it did not) to change out a switch with a dimmer and he said noHe said their billing was correct and he could not do anything about itHe did offer a free A/C system inspection and I declinedSo, if you deal with these people, be very careful and detailed when getting a quoteIf I had been told up front that they charged $to change out one light switch, I would have said no thanks
