OK our ac starting blowing warm and our ac company was closed! Well we decided to try Peaden out well they sent Patrick out, he says no problem says its FIXED it will just take a few ours to cool down! Well me and my wife go out to eat for dinner come back still not working AFTER $dollars later they sold her on the service plan also! Well my 1st mistake was paying them before I knew the problem was fixed, that will never happen again! I am writing this TO WARN TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM ANY $$$ Now were siting here no AC after we paid $& waiting for them to come back Thanks PEADEN !!!! THEY SELL A SERVICE WHEN THEY SHOULD FOCUS ON FIXING THE PROBLEM AT HAND
Had an appointment for maintenance on our heating/cooling unitPeaden arrived minutes prior to appointed time....AWESOME Outstanding young men, polite, always through with their work and explanations of what's going on with unit We have had Peaden in our home for the past years servicing our air conditioning and heating unit
*** J not only helped fix the problem for which I called, he did more: he checked "Freon" level and added more because there was a slow leak at the cap for that system

Peaden electric was contracted to re-route electrical wiring, install duplex outlets, light switches, wall lights, and install exhaust fan in the Master Bathroom
Hunter *** and Robert *** showed up to do the workOne spent approximately hours re-routing the wiring for the outlets and lightsThe other one spent approximately hours installing the new quiet exhaust fanHe didn't bother to read the directions in the boxWhen asked, he stated he didn't need to since he had done this type of work many other timesHowever, he seemed to get more and more frustrated during the installation since the ceiling installation kept falling on himThe end result was instead of using the mounting brackets that came with the fan that would have allowed for a quick and smooth installationHe just put screws in the left end of the rectangle metal box for the fanIt was only fastened on the left end with the rest of the box hanging downWhen asked if could secure it better, he stated it would be alrightI found the directions in the box and the mounting brackets in the evening after they leftI requested that the heavy set one (he is the one who installed the fan) not come back into the house again due to shoddy workmanship
Since the metal box was already deformed and hanging down the next morning I had the folks from ReBath add some additional screws on the other sides to make it more stableIt was also noted during that time that the exhaust hose duct had not be secured to the side of the box
To my dismay the same electrician showed up to do the finish workHowever, he did not have any switches or duplex outlets with himHe had to run up to Home Depot to buy them
When finished the outlet boxes were not properly alignedIt was after 8:in the evening and I was just glad he finally left
I eventually I had to go back and readjust the outlets and switches so the were properly aligned when the cover plates were addedMy question is why does Peaden charge $for such sloppy workI know how to do these things but I preferred to have them done by someone else due to my ageI still ended up fixing their mistakes and still had to pay
I asked when I had to pay the bill if there was going to be a reduction in the price due to low quality of the work providedThe answer was we will give you $off
Personally I would have fired these guys a long time ago for giving the company a bad reputationApparently though Peaden doesn't really care about their reputationI will continue to tell all of my friends and other acquaintances not to go to Peaden for any type of workThe quality of work is very low but the high price is very high
I also recommended to ReBath that they discontinue the use of Peaden as a teaming partnerIt makes them look bad by association
This work was done the first part of April I haven't had time to sit down to write this up prior to this since I have been busy on travel for both business and pleasure
Prompt response once I notified Peaden of my A/C problem, Reese was quick to solve the malfunction and checked to see if there were other issues However he was suppose to call prior to his arrival but no call Otherwise good job
Excellent service Arrived promptly at scheduled time Work was accomplished efficiently so that air conditioning unit was cooling normally
