On the most recent occasion, their technician, [redacted] W., was very knowledgeable, courteous, and handled the problem expertly. I would never call anyone other than Peaden Air!
Peaden is doing excellent work. They are hiring and training service reps who not only know air conditioning but understand how to relate to the customer. I've been very pleased with Peaden.
Slight miscommunication with the Central location operator at the 855 #. Once that was straightened out: No problems. The Tech ([redacted]) they sent was professional and polite. They didn't have exact booster capacitor that the system needed but installed a temporary one to get the system working until they could order it.
Overall a very positive experience. [redacted] is very good at what he does.

Peaden came to the house to move a switch. Turned out to be a very complicated project due to incorrect wiring by another electric company. They successfully figured out the electrical puzzle and stayed until the job was done!
