As Mr. [redacted] finished, he generously took some of his precious time to have me investigate his work to ensure I was completely satisfied. He allowed me an opportunity to ask questions and gave me his professional and knowledgeable answers. I felt very confidant as he left that our drainage issues were resolved. Calling on Peaden is to know something good & positive will happen. We had a household emergency to deal with this past Wednesday, and Peaden turned up on the door step 25 minutes after my almost frantic call.
Gary [redacted] Peaden's Technician proved to be a knowledgeable and patient trouble seeker. Problem wasn't with the Air Handle in the attic or some animal that may have chewed thru a wire up there, as anticipated so Gary started to hunt for trouble. It was decided to turn breakers on and check around. Gary checked lamps, wall connections and finally found that the refrigerator had decided to blow a line and fill the house with an awful acrid smell. All this at 3 am in the morning! Thanks Mr. [redacted] Thanks Peaden!

Peaden's Sales Rep, Danny [redacted] was very professional and thorough in his estimate to replace my HVAC unit. He showed up within the hour after my initial call. I was satisfied with his estimate; am just putting this project off for awhile. Been using Peaden services for almost 20 years which indicates I'm happy with them.
We purchased the 3 year maintenance program. Every six months they come and check the a/c unit inside and out. They clean 2 pieces inside and the unit outside. We have had 4 different servicemen and they are all super polite. Also the condo a crossed the street, where the people live out of state. They called and asked me to check their condo because they received a huge increase in their bill. ( over double ) they called Peadon and they came out the same evening. The temp in their condo was 96 degrees. I went over when the serviceman came and he fixed it until they could order in a new part. They returned 2 days later and fixed it permanently.
Our experience with Peaden has always been an A+. Especially because they have technicians like Chad ** We have been with Peaden for many years and don't expect to go anywhere else.
