This review is for Peaden employee T[redacted]I had 6 month service performed and the first two technicians failed to rewire my unit properly and it would not run once they had left. T[redacted] came out at night and was super nice and efficient...He found the problem quickly and resolved it and stayed until he knew my unit was running again....I give him a 10...Thanks again, T[redacted]....
I have 2 condo's in Destin, Fl. I have contracts on both with Peaden and have had for some time. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.
When the technician fix's the problem he will give you a detailed verbal account of what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I RECOMMEND PEADEN AIR CONDITIONING to anyone who is looking for Heat and Air, Plumbing and or Electrical.
The service is always 100% and the service rep knows what they are doing and always able to answer questions.
The rep that was here last month was absolutely wonderful and welcome him back anytime.
After first contacting another AC repair company who left me high and dry, I contacted Peaden AC. My AC had broken down and couldn't be repaired (it was 31 years old!). and since Im a very senior citizen with health issues I needed to have the use of an AC more or less yesterday. The Peaden "Gang" was absolutely great, starting with Reggie who, after presenting me with a sensibly priced offer for a new AC installation, organized a free standing AC for me. I have only high praise for the whole crew, including Steve Brady and the other young man who did the outside work, but whose name I never knew. Professionals ALL THREE OF THEM. Peaden AC, Plumbing & Electrical is noted in my tele[hone book (yes, I'm that old) and on my computer (I'm that young as well). One cannot go wrong with Peaden!
Third time I have had John [redacted] service my air conditioner. He is the ultimate professional and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is very thorough and explains everything he does. He is an asset to Peaden. Great job again John!
