Wes, Came out check my A/C unit & air ducts. Wes was very professional as well as on time for the appt. He came me a several recommendations on how to improve the overall A/C as well a my air ducts. I did not feel like I was being pressured into purchasing a maintenance plan. he explained everything and I appreciated his knowledge and honesty on ways to improve my bill as well as instillation issues.

I have had excellent service from Peaden over the years, however, with the proliferation of cell phones. I have observed on several occasions that the technician spends my time on personal cell phone calls, this is unprofessional and in my opinion has no place on the job site, this calls should be done between jobs or at lunch break times.
I had never used Peaden but they treated me like a long time valued customer. The technician called right away and whithin hours, arrived and had my air conditioning problem fixed. They are my new best friends.
Of Course our A/C quit working on one of the hottest days of the year and on a Saturday. We called Peaden (who we have used before with positive results) and they sent their technician [redacted]. [redacted] quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor plus he fixed a switch that was not operating properly.
[redacted] had the A/C up and running in a short amount of time and the cost was in line with my expectations.
I asked [redacted] as he was leaving what time he got off work and reply was " whenever we have or customers complaints resolved". What a great attitude for a company and a technician.

He related to me how I could assist in keeping my units working over the next few months. He offered me a service plan that would be cost effective and ensure that my units remained in service.
