Peaden always calls me to schedule the maintenance on our unit. I never have to think about it or remember it. This is great for me. They are very kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. They have always been punctual, if not a little early. If you were to have a problem (which we did before they installed the unit) they will make the best attempt to get you taken care of that day.
We have had no regrets and would defiantly recommend Peaden for all your needs.

Peaden scheduled the visit promptly. Once there, they gave me written bid that day. They came out the next day, fixed the problems and gave me a copy of the bill for the owner. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

I've always had good relationship wi Peadenprosteam, and this visit was certainly no different.I purchased the maintenance plan and this was a semi-annual check. He found a problem in our unit, but had the replacement part on hand and repaired it on the spot. I would recommend Peadenprosteam and would always be happy with Mac as the technician.
I needed one light switch (with a dimmer) changed out. I am new to the area and called for an estimate. Was told their rate was $90 something an hour plus parts. so, I was thinking with the switch this should be no more than $150. They had to make two trips. The first technician mis-diagnosed the switch that was needed. The second technician happened to have what was needed on his truck. When he finished he presented an invoice for $425 and I paid him. A couple of days later I called their office to inquire about the invoice amount and was told the Supervisor would call me back. Two days later after not receiving a return call, I called again. This time he returned my call. I explained the situation and was told that because the light switch had a dimmer and not just a normal light switch that they charged more for that. I asked if it took more time (knowing that it did not) to change out a switch with a dimmer and he said no. He said their billing was correct and he could not do anything about it. He did offer a free A/C system inspection and I declined. So, if you deal with these people, be very careful and detailed when getting a quote. If I had been told up front that they charged $425 to change out one light switch, I would have said no thanks.
