am rejecting this response because:they have cancelled tickets without my consent and send the refund by reducing usd (Approx)I need this amount back.However, I have been also disputed the credit card transactions with bank what I have been paid as part of this transaction too this is for your info
Please note my observations
JUSTFLY Booking reference number- ***
-I have never been advised/asked JUSTFLY to cancel the My AIR tickets; causing these huge charges on me and this was done by JUSTFLY knowingly, please refer the conversation recorded and refund the (1000+500).1500USD (Approx-Breakup given below) is huge and hard-earned money and I can’t afford it
-Without my consent/advice, JUSTFLY was debited the cancellation fee of 450USD to my credit card; this is a financial threat to me
-Normally there is no charge for seat reservation; it was showing free while booking the tickets But JUSTFLY collected the charge as 44.95usdThis is a hidden charge and cost breakup was not shown before processing the transaction
-Initially when I was booking, As per JUSTFLY, fare was shown for adult as 1254USD per ticketAs per AIRINDIA rules, There is a price difference between adult and child (25% concession on base fare per kid *kids), This was not adjusted in my total fare while booking the tickets, around 280USD (Approx)i.e Adult ticket price has been collected as 1364.95USD…etc instead of 1254usdThis is a hidden charge and cost breakup was not shown before processing the transaction
-Please note that, amount refunded by JUSTFLY after deducting cancellation charges of 1500USD on Mar-
