I made the decision to work with Brewer and Stratton Property Management after a recommendation from a friend. I had rented from an individual in the past and the experience was less than appealing. With Brewer and Stratton, the application process was easy, the move-in was simple and most importantly, when there was a problem, they fixed it promptly. I have dealt with AJ Smith for almost two years now and he is always prompt and courteous. I will be looking to upgrade soon and I will not hesitate to contact AJ at Brewer and Stratton. When it comes time to purchase a home, it is great to know that they will be able to help me with that as well. I have recommended Brewer and Stratton to my friends and will continue to do so in the future as well.

We have been renting out our house with Brewer & Stratton for quite a while now and they have been absolutely amazing. We are out state owners, busy schedules, and a different time zone, but Matt Smith has always been amazing and helpful every step of the way with every little thing no matter what it was. Question, concern, clarification. He always remembers what our preferences and guidelines are and has never missed a beat keeping us informed with emails complete with all details and photos of repairs for our records. All our receipts have always been perfect. The fact that we haven't been passed around from staff member to staff member is also a HUGE comfort to me personally being so far away. Thank you guys, and a huge thank you to Matt Smith, to us personally, you are the face of that company, and you are amazing!!

I have been with Brewer and Stratton now for a year. They are very professional and do a wonderful job of keeping me informed about my property. Chris and Kevin are both personable and answer any questions I may have. I am in another state and I am so glad they are there to watch over my property. If something needs repair, they are quick to respond to the renters and keep me posted as to the cost of the repairs.

I would highly recommend them to everyone that has rental property.

Where to begin but WOW! I have worked with many property management companies over the years. Being a homeowner with several properties I needed to find a company that I could trust to do as they say. Brewer and Stratton is that company. They treat every property as though it is their personal property. I am now on the other side looking for a property to rent. Very few companies you speak to the owner directly, when I recently called I spoke with Mr. B[redacted]. I was not passed off but immediately assisted with all of my questions. I am now in contact with a Mr. S[redacted] and let me just say the companies customer service is without equal. Mr. S[redacted] has called me several times and always gives me information and answers questions I did not know to ask. They are going out of there way to find me a house in the school district of my children and with in a budget I can keep. As I mentioned earlier this is an amazing company, that treats you more as a friend then a client.

I have been with BSPM for well over 10 years with AJ S[redacted] as my property manager for the majority of that time. I will admit to being a pretty demanding property owner and have high expectations for the services I need. I have never been disappointed with BSPM! They bring me quality tenants...quickly! They have an excellent understanding of the Phoenix market and have always provided me with great advice. AJ is an awesome representative for the company and is understanding and patient with my 1000 calls and questions. I trust him 100%. I truly believe he and BSPM have my best interest in mind. They keep me informed and take care of any problems that come up in a timely manner. I have never regretted my choice with using BSPM to manage my properties.

Excellent customer service

I am a retired realtors do have used other property management companies and been very dissatisfied. Chris at Brewer & Stratton has done an excellent job for me. This is truly the only property management company I would recommend.

I was scared at first to go through a property management team to rent a house because of high fees that are usually associated with moving in as opposed to dealing with a for rent by owner home. However, Brewer and Stratton made it very easy for my family and I to move into our home last year! The fees weren't excessive and they are very quick to respond to maintenance issues. AJ responds to any questions/concerns I have via e-mail almost always the same day! Paying rent is a cinch, and they were very accommodating when we had bank issues/fraud and our rent was late, we were not charged a late fee. Would recommend renting from them to anyone!
