I have had multiple dealings with their staff members and each time I found them to be very knowledgable and helpful. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly. Not a complaint throughout the whole rental process.

I saw how much better Brewer and Stratton was compared to other companies on a daily basis. I work for a General Contractor and we frequently do business with Brewer & Stratton. I find Kalee extremely easy to work with. She is quick to return emails and phone calls and very knowledgeable in the field. Would recommend them to others.

Review: The property managers misrepresented the interests of their client to me during my application process. After disclosing personal information they denied my application based on false assumptions and led me to believe that the owners of the property were in agreement with those decisions. After repeated attempts to provide substantial supporting documentation related to the illegal information reported on my credit score, two of the businesses employees continued to lie about the reasons why they were denying my application. Following this experience I contacted the owners directly to present my situation and was given different information than what was told to me by the property management company. It is my belief that the company took the information contained in my application and what I disclosed to them over the phone and distorted this information when relaying it back to the owners who inquired about my telephone call to them. When I did not receive a call back from the owners as promised I reached out a second time, and to my dismay they were neither friendly nor willing to hear anything I had to say and the owner briefly explained her reasoning. Unfortunately, the information the owner had been given was false, convoluted, and presented in a fashion that encouraged a negative response from the owners of the property. Additionally, when I asked to speak to senior management [redacted] one of the leasing agents replied "I'm sorry, that is not how it works here," refusing to give me the name or contact information of personnel in charge of the office.Desired Settlement: I would like to sit down with either Mr. [redacted] or Mr. [redacted] and present the information that I have which would show that I am more than worthy of renting the property I applied for. Additionally, I would like my name and the name of my co-applicant to be cleared and all the false information given to the owners to be retracted and set straight.

I am writing this response in regards to this complaint. We take these types of complaints extremely serious. As a Co-Owner and the Designated Broker of [redacted] & [redacted] Property Management LLC, I personally called [redacted] and spoke to him yesterday for over 30 minutes in an effort to resolve his complaint in how we presented his application to the owner. Our conversation was professional so this complaint after the fact really surprised me.

I let him know that we approve and or decline a rental application based upon the following criteria: (Rental History, credit report, criminal background check, and income.) We presented his application to the owner and based upon certain criteria that was on the application we made a decision to decline the application. He is upset with us because his application was declined. Although we regret having a dis-satisfied customer, we do not regret the decision in declining the rental application.

I began looking for a rental on a Saturday, found a home listed on [redacted] and Brewer Stratton was the leasing agent. I was able to tour the home on Sunday, filled out the application Sunday night and was offered the home on Wednesday. The process was SO easy and convenient. AJ S[redacted] was the property manager that assisted me through out the process. He was AMAZING. He immediately responded to my emails, answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he told me but got back to me as soon as he had it. AJ really made this experience great. I'm so excited to move into my new rental this Saturday. It happened so fast and that was all because of AJ S[redacted] and of course the team that supports him.

I highly recommend utilizing this company for your home leasing needs. And ask for AJ, he won't let you down!

Issues are quickly brought to my attention and resolved promptly, whilst good, measured advice are given, helping me in my own decision making process. All in all a good choice for property management company.

Brewer Stratton Property Management is professional, organized and are knowledgeabl. The people are very honest and easy to work with. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

As we live abroad it has been very important to have someone as reliable as Janna to take care of everything. She has always been very quick to answer all of our questions and has given us all the assistance we have needed.
