Brewer & Stratton Property Management

My husband and I are going on 3 years with Brewer Stratton and we could not be happier. Our property manager AJ is very professional and has met all of our needs promptly and with care. They take all of the stress of renting away and we feel comfortable knowing we are always taken care of. They are a company that is honest and dependable. I highly recommend their business to anyone in need of a rental.

In the last 11 years I have worked with several property managers. Needless to say each experience was different. Currently Mr. A. J. S[redacted] manages my properties in greater Phoenix area. He is the best of them all. I am not writing that just because he is good BUT because he is a professional, his approach to property owners is to help them. Of all the property managers he is most prompt I have experienced. His listens and is flexible in finding solutions.

I am a retired realtors do have used other property management companies and been very dissatisfied. Chris at Brewer & Stratton has done an excellent job for me. This is truly the only property management company I would recommend.

I have dealt with Tracy Wilson who is the maintenance manager at Brewer & Stratton. She is efficient and friendly, and has a can do attitude which makes it a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend them for your maintenance needs!

Brewer and Stratton have been managing my rental units for over five years and I have been very pleased with the service and quality. AJ responds quickly to my emails and texts and has been very helpful with finding me qualified tenants for my home. As an out of state owner, I rely on AJ to maintain and keep me informed about my property and he has always done so.

Where to begin but WOW! I have worked with many property management companies over the years. Being a homeowner with several properties I needed to find a company that I could trust to do as they say. Brewer and Stratton is that company. They treat every property as though it is their personal property. I am now on the other side looking for a property to rent. Very few companies you speak to the owner directly, when I recently called I spoke with Mr. B[redacted]. I was not passed off but immediately assisted with all of my questions. I am now in contact with a Mr. S[redacted] and let me just say the companies customer service is without equal. Mr. S[redacted] has called me several times and always gives me information and answers questions I did not know to ask. They are going out of there way to find me a house in the school district of my children and with in a budget I can keep. As I mentioned earlier this is an amazing company, that treats you more as a friend then a client.

I enjoyed my relationship with Brewer Stratton. They are professional but easy going and I always feel my needs are taken care of. I really enjoy working with Alyssa!

I have been with BSPM for well over 10 years with AJ S[redacted] as my property manager for the majority of that time. I will admit to being a pretty demanding property owner and have high expectations for the services I need. I have never been disappointed with BSPM! They bring me quality tenants...quickly! They have an excellent understanding of the Phoenix market and have always provided me with great advice. AJ is an awesome representative for the company and is understanding and patient with my 1000 calls and questions. I trust him 100%. I truly believe he and BSPM have my best interest in mind. They keep me informed and take care of any problems that come up in a timely manner. I have never regretted my choice with using BSPM to manage my properties.

I've worked with Jana Welch for many years. She has always been professional and understanding and has always produced positive results. She has been a pleasure to work with!

AJ is one of the best property managers that I've ever experienced in all my years of renting. He responds to his emails when he's on vacation and his cell phone when he's away from the office. I had AC problems twice and they were fixed the same day! In the past, with two different property managers, I waited between 5 and 8 days to have AC fixed in the middle of the summer. I would recommend Brewer and Stratton to anyone just because of AJ's diligence !

My experience with AJ and Alyssa at Brewer Stratton has been terrific. From the first contact that we made about our home we always received quick responses about our lease and maintenance concerns. The contractors that Brewer Stratton uses are friendly, quick, and get the job right the first time they come out.
