Brewer & Stratton Property Management

I have been renting a house in [redacted] for 3 years and I just wanted to share my experience with BSPM, especially AJ S[redacted].

I have had a couple of issues with the A/C and plumbing in the past and with no hiccup, someone was out to repair and make the changes needed promptly and professionally. I credit that to AJ. I email him and he responds within a couple of hours. Something I can't say for the my previous PM company. I also had a family emergency one month and he helped with my situation. I have lost credibility in PMs because of their lack of "relational service" but I can't say that for AJ and his company. It's been a pleasure that's for sure.

It's just that most PM companies get a bad wrap but I wanted to share a different one for once.

I began looking for a rental on a Saturday, found a home listed on [redacted] and Brewer Stratton was the leasing agent. I was able to tour the home on Sunday, filled out the application Sunday night and was offered the home on Wednesday. The process was SO easy and convenient. AJ S[redacted] was the property manager that assisted me through out the process. He was AMAZING. He immediately responded to my emails, answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he told me but got back to me as soon as he had it. AJ really made this experience great. I'm so excited to move into my new rental this Saturday. It happened so fast and that was all because of AJ S[redacted] and of course the team that supports him.

I highly recommend utilizing this company for your home leasing needs. And ask for AJ, he won't let you down!

We left AZ Elite to try Brewer Stratton and AZ Elite said they would switch managers and to stick with them, and Brewer Stratton released us without any problems from our agreement. We went back and accepted the promises the AZ Elite made to us - but are very sorry for trusting AZ Elite for all their promises were just lies. Brewer Stratton we tried out for only 4 months - but were always VERY PROFESSIONAL, returned emails and phone calls. It was night and day between the two companies. If you want a professional company - go to Brewer Stratton - Trust them with your properties, they are honest individuals. I do property management in CA and have nothing but RESPECT for Brewer Stratton and would go back to them in a minute. I am still trying to get the bad taste out of my mouth from AZ Elite Properties. They took over 3 weeks to return phone calls to tenants and as Owners we experienced the same. Read the comments of both companies - Night and Day. Go with the Professionals - Brewer Stratton!!

Brewer & Stratton property Mngt, LLC is a good company to rent from. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They made sure that our move went smoothly and timely. AJ S[redacted], our property manager, and the office staff were friendly and easy to connect with. I'm glad to have received their services and would recommend them to others in search of a home.

We have had an excellent experience with Ms Janna W[redacted]. She has been managing our rental property since 2008.

Janna is wonderful to work with. She is patient and responsive addressing all issues we have had as a landlord. The tenants she had screened and selected for us all have been great. On scale of 1 to 5, Janna deserves a 10.

The team has managed my properties for many years. In my opinion, they put both the landlords and the tenants first.

I have been a tenant with Brewer & Stratton Property Management for a year now. They have been great. AJ, the property manager, is easy to get a hold of. He usually responds back with in 24 hours and handles any questions or maintenance requests promptly.

I have just signed on with Brewer & Stratton, but Janna W[redacted] has been involved with managing my property for almost 10 years. She has always made herself available and has addressed tenant issues promptly and professionally when problems arise. We have had high quality service from her, and as I live out of state I rely on her to handle all tenant matters (questions, coordinating repairs, etc.). I have had very positive experience with Janna and she has shown flexibility to ensure matters are handled to my satisfaction.

AJ Smith has been our Property Manager for about 3 months now. So far, exceptional service. Hope it stays that way!

I've only been with Brewer & Stratton for a short time, but Janna has been managing my property since 2008. Since that time, she has proven herself to be responsive, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. It's a huge relief to have someone like Janna to take care of my property, since I reside in Canada. Without her, it wouldn't be possible. So I'm looking forward to continuing with her, as she begins her new role with a new team.

The same generic response I have received for the duration of this horrible experience. Continue to hide behind your lease for your lack of customer service, or human compassion.  I hope you are satisfied with full wallets because you certainly have empty hearts. It's companies like this that will make America great again.

Having just gotten out of a lease with a property management company that was TERRIBLE, I am thrilled with how responsive and helpful AJ has been in getting my application processed and repairs made as I get settled in my new home. I cannot recommend Brewer and Stratton more highly, they are such a professional company. I have had multiple dealings with their staff members and each time I found them to be very knowledgable and helpful. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly. Not a complaint throughout the whole rental process.
