UA.com refused to reload my gift card balance after they canceled my order

When I realized the order was cancelled, I contacted UA.com customer support and spoke with Antonio Mon July 26, He stated that the funds should have been returned to my gift cards and that I could contact customer support at any time to reapply my discount to any order before August 31stThe transcript of the conversation is available upon request
