Today, I was returning a merchant at Under Armour at Merrimack Premium Outlet location which I used Samsung pay as method of payment last couple of days agoBut the receipt has the digits number which are different than the credit card I used with *** pay and after couple minutes of argument I was offered a store credit instead and I left
After that I still felt it didn't make sense that the how would I got another credit card that I don't own, and I googled itand learned that it is common for Samsung pay and Apple pay not to print the last digits of credit card on the receipt for security reasonThey used another digits calls digital card number instead
Then I went back to explain to them because I was treated kind of like a guy making trouble to themBut for whatever reason they didn't want to listen to me at all, and the store manager told me if I kept talking to them, he would need to ask me to leave the storeThis made me feeling very unpleasant and embarrassedI don't mind they gave me a store credit instead of my money backBut I was just going back to explain to them what I found and wanted to share with them so that other customers would not need to argue with them if the same situation happens again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE! This is absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, I ordered over $worth of items, after returning them and weeks passed *** I only received a refund for one item Could not get through to ANYONE through the phone, their phone system would either drop the call or would say that no one was available to take the call, and they have no email address for communications! I finally got someone through chat on their site, they gave me the run around claiming that I only returned a single item when in fact I returned over items, spent over an hour waiting to get this person on chat to begin with I gave up and call my CC and put a stop payment, overall hours wasted during the process, I will never buy anything from them online For a public traded company, this is absolutely horrible, I see other reviews also having the same issue, obviously they have major issues with returns and customer service in general, UA get it together!
