TERRIBLE customer service
Apparently I'm not the only one with these issues, after reading the previous complaintsMy fiance and I are EXTREMELY loyal UA customers - I'm talking thousands of dollars in gearWe don't bother with *** or any other performance gear company as we just love UAReceived some items that didn't fit correctly, etcand submit an exchangeAlmost an entire month went by and we had not heard back about our exchange, I tried to call customer service MANY times and was on hold for a minimum of minutes every time I calledFinally got on chat with a customer service representative who told me they received the exchange, but could I provide ALL of the info againno problem, I didHe assured me that the exchange was high priority and we would hear about it soondays later and still nothing, I contact customer service again and am met with a load of excuses about systems and the exchange policyall of that to say she can only refund the rest and we ca

Having trouble contacting customer service to return items
There is no return label included in boxWhen visiting ua.com/returnlabel, the website won't accept the current order#, in order to receive a return labelCalled several times, and was automatically hung up on after being on hold for awhileAfter dialing back, the voice message said that they are currently closed, even though their hours indicated that they should be openI've also tried using the chat feature, which indicates that the chat is closed, however, the timeframe that I tried using the chat feature, was at a time when they were openAfter trying three different ways to get a return label, multiple times, each time ended up in failure

Lack of response to question from Little League and myself regarding NOCSAE certification of batting helmets used with C-flap
Little League contacted Under Armour on 5/18/requesting information regarding the use of C-flaps with the Under Armour helmets and whether the NOCSAE certification would upheld if both products were used together I contacted Under Armour through chat on 5/30/and spoke with Jesse Minquiring about the same issue I was told that Under Armour's "baseball team" was currently working on the issue I asked to speak to a representative about the issue and was told there was not one My son has a C-flap that connects to holes in his helmet that were put there by the manufacturer We did not damage or remove anything from the helmet in order to attach the C-flap While I cannot understand why Under Armour would void the NOCSAE certification of their helmet if it is left unaltered, I'm even more concerned with the lack of response from Under Armour regard

I ordered two large shirts as a gift online After finding out that medium was the appropriate size, I promptly returned them They arrived (as confirmed by Under Armour) on June 28thI was told by their customer service that returns ship within to days of arrival and that I would get an email when it shipped On July 14th, I called back They said that they have a new system and have been having problems I asked for a full refund I have ZERO faith in them to process it and expect that I will be placing one more call And then I will be reporting them to the appropriate federal agency as well as my state attorney general I have tons of UA gear but will not buy them againeven at a retail outlet *** gear is just as good Lousy customer service I have worked in IT for years A new system is no excuse! Customer Service Issues: Unable to reach Customer Service about product not received No email address and cannot reach via phone or online chat

I recently purchased several pairs of black athletic socks from Under ArmourAfter one wash, the bottom of the socks material has started to come off
