No one is answering the costumer service line or returning emails sent to Under ArmorI have not received an order placed over a month agoI want to cancel the order but can't get anyone on the phone

I placed an order on their website and it stated it would be here before the first day of school I waited and when it was not here I called and never could get anyone on the phone after waiting two hours for a person I then tried there live chat and after waiting mins for someone I was told my order was canceled because it was no longer in stock However on their website it still states the order is processing and I never received an email letting me know my order was canceled I will never buy an Under Armor products ever again online or in store

Web discrepancy and Terrible customer service
I have purchased many products from UA past a few monthsI was checking on UA website and I found one product that I would like to purchaseOn the page, same style number, same color number, I saw different color options, so I got confusedI contacted UA customer service to make sure before placing my orderThey told me that I would receive the product I want by clicking the style number and the color
I received a wrong product (which was a wrong color, not what I asked for)I contacted UA customer service that I made sure how I could get the product I wanted, however, I received a wrong productThey told me that was a web discrepancy and there was no pictured product availableThey just told me that I was welcome to return the product and UA would refund me
REALLY? I double checked before I placed my order and they just told me, oh a web discrepancy and welcome to return the product? What about my effort? what about my time?

While the website says 10-day returns I haven't seen a return time less than ~weeksReturn handling is dismal and site should be changed
I currently have a return that UA got on Oct5th and still have not been processedI logged into the chat assistance on the UA website and I was told:

Under Armour Giving out other peoples personal information
I have placed a few orders with Under Armour thru their website Today 12/, I received part of my order When I opened the box , I found that my order was correct , HOWEVER , Rather than seeing my invoice , the box was filled with multiple invoices of other Under Armour Customers Their Names , Addresses , and what they ordered .I immediately call Under Armour Customer Service and was pretty much brushed aside I was basically told that " Things happen that are out of our control " Umm , this was IN YOUR CONTROL Anyways I gave them the order numbers and names and addresses of just of the invoices that I received He wanted the names of EVERYONE that I had received in my box He then wanted screenshots from me When asked what he was going to do for me , and the others that had their personal information given out to strangers..............HE DID NOTHING!!!!!
