People refuse to escalate or put Manager on the phone Refund/return issue
I returned items over weeks ago and I have called times and sent instant messages and I was offered no solution, denied a Manager and left hanging on the instant messaging chat

Customer service refuses to change a shoe size for me, minutes after placing order"Told me tough luck its the holidays"

Now I have to wait a week to get the shoes, a week to mail them back, another week to get another pairI don't even want to deal with all thatI was really excited to get these shoes for my son as he loves UA, or used tooThis company refuses to even refund me my money backIll make that change quickYour company has lost a customer over a pair of shoes

I ordered a backpack that never arrivedThe company said they would refund my money in -business days

I would like to start off by saying my family and extended family are huge fans of Under Armour, so much so that we even own stock in UA, we absolutely love the quality of clothesI recently did not have the greatest overall customer service experienceOn 12/14/I placed an order as a surprise gift for my husband who is a police officer (Order number P-XXX-XXXX-XXXX)Not wanting to provide his SS number with the ID verify for the percent discount, I instead was told to call Customer Service directly via your Live chatI called them up the next morning (12/15) and spoke with a gentleman around 10AMHe informed me he put notes in the computer to apply this discount for my orders and I would receive an email confirmation once Management approvedToday, I placed yet another order for him, and found that two of the three items now went on sale (the fleece pants & hoodie)I spoke with *** on your Live chat

Customer Service Issues regarding a Refund
This incident is regarding order number P-XXX-XXXX-XXXXI was requesting a return for the items purchasedItems were purchased on 6/14/and arrived 6/19/I dropped my items for return at a USPS on 7/6/My first attempt to reach out was on 7/I chatted with Austin ** He stated that USPS had kept my package and that it was supposed to arrive at the UA facility soonI called on 7/and spoke to BridgetShe apologized and said she would mark this as urgent, seeing it had already been days7/30, I chatted with Robert ** after waiting over minutes for someoneHe was disrespectful and brash and said that Bridget did not mark my case as urgent and informed me that it is supposed to take 7-business days processing in the warehouse before the refund even starts processing (3-additional business days)I tried calling multiple times on 7/31, but UA Customer Service number was down for over an hourWhen I finally was able

There are plenty of things that I can say about Under Armour They seem to constantly have orders that they can't fulfill since they don't manage their stock well Plenty of clothes that break on the seams, or have small holes in them and when you wear them, they tear apart Logos that come off after washes in delicates, not even with regular clothing Customer service is non existent They will NOT give you an address for returns, but they will email you links that don't work to open the return labels In the end you will not be able to return the merchandise that is basically trash and be insulted twice, since you still pay for it and not able to use it They are a poorly managed company and it shows They are also using even cheaper materials now that they are creating collections for cheap stores like *** Their Under Armor Box is a JOKE! Very cheap vinyl smelling clothing and shoes and no matter what you do, they will get your money there No communication whatsoever and they will charge your credit card well after the days that they were authorized to They will give you plenty of excuses after holding on the phone for minutes to one hour(since the chat never seems to work)

No longer honoring their lifetime repl warranty, they failed to return a pair of new boots that did not fit, and will not replace new shoes that hurt

My complaint is with the customer Service deparment and My return that was lost
I had sent a pair of shoes back to Underarmour.comIt has been weeks and I haven't received anythingSo I tried calling on separate times to speak to some oneI waited on hold at least hour each time then it would cut offI tried the online chat with over minute waits and when I finally speak with someone they take over minutes to respond back They told me they can not find my return and there is nothing they can doi also tried the customer service email with no success

Under Armour's Running shoes which lack of quality as bad as their lack of unprofessional practices of Under Armour customer services
The Under Armour running shoes hurt my both feet so bad since 1st time wearingI called their customer service to claim for defective shoes and shipped back the shoes on my own cost However they denied the claimI made a call to customer service, but the man I talked he didn't wanna help me but hung up on me insteadWith poor practicing of their customer service and lack of quality products of Under ArmourI request the money back for the products they were overcharged

Underarmour built defectively designed running shoe that fell apart and refused the make it right
I bought two pairs of under armor shoes and both of them began to fall apart within a month I was able to return the first pair under warranty but but the second pair was out of warranty by the time they began to fall apart in the identical way as the first one Although the shoes had only been worn a short time they were barely out of warranty because I hadn't started wearing them till I returned the others

I returned items to U.Aover a month ago and have not received my refundI have called times, and each time have been told it would be processed
I returned my items to Under Armour in late June and have not received my refund After conversations, I have confirmed that they have received it Each time I am told that "They changed systems, so the refund is caught-up." The customer service staff will follto say they have sent this to Accounting as a priority, but nothing is handled

I have contace the customer service for over times

I placed an online order on 12/& ordered total $I was charged for that amount & an additional $I contacted customer service & I was told that one of the items I purchased would be shipped from a different warehouse which they subsequently charged $in errorI was told it was nothing they could do about it & I would have to wait until it falls off my accountI wasn't offered an apology for the overcharge & a credit

This is the WORST shipping experience in my life! I've gotten orders shipped from China faster than this! I ordered on March 17, originally my order said estimated arrival 3-business daysThen it didn't even ship until the 19thTo my horror it was then estimated to take a week (deliver on 26th)Now on the evening of the 26th the tracking is updated to arrive on the 29th!!! Are you kidding me?! day shipping??! This is my first order and likely my LAST!
