Five times I have counted, on this one issue, of promises that were broken
First,I placed an order like late March It came but size too small It's a BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY SON I filled out the exchange form and waited about a week and called and spoke to a guy He said it was a *** transaction so I would need another form of payment in order for the exchange to happen So I gave credit card info to ensure the exchange would go thru with no hassle About weeks goes by and I hear nothing I emailed and they tell me they don't look at the exchange form because it's all done automatically WHAT?? Ok so I call and get some excuse I don't remember because I didn't believe it anyway I reorder the items and was promised overnight shipping and it would come Friday 4/ I call Friday 4/and it's not shippedfor my trouble I'll be emailed a "gift card" Was then told my order WILL arrive Monday May Guess what, not even coming until tomorrow now Gift card never happ

This company is misleading with their product guarantee/ warrantyWe have purchased many of their products and not had issuesA pair of shoes, which have been boxed and stored in a climate controlled area, was put into service a few weeks agoYesterday, it was noticed the pair of shoes is lacking in workmanship and it tearing apart near heel and at the toe areaI contacted their Customer Service and was told they do not honor their Universal Guarantee after a year and acknowledged it is not written any whereWhen I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told no because this is their policy and no one will listen to meI did advise her they would lose a lot of business over not backing their product but she stated it is their policyBeware of their tactics and sub-par customer service

I placed an order with Under Armour and had numerous interactions with customer service about itI never received the correct product

I then sent them back with the exchange form filled out asking for the correct color and a size small this time instead
Oct - followed up because I received money back in my bank account, but did not receive information on my new order being sent outGot a reply on 10/saying they would ship it free day shipping
I never got an order update or my items, so I followed up on 10/and was told UA is not placing exchanges right now (which someone should have communicated earlier) but would send me the correct color of the pants I already ordered in the new requested size
on 10/I looked up my tracking number and it stated "unable to deliver shipment, returned to shipper"

I initiated a return on July 10th and after at least different phone calls, I have still not received my refund
I sent in items for return, that were in different orders I have received a refund on of the items, but have not received a refund on the other 5, totaling $ I have a reference number XXXXXX-XXXXX, after calling 3-times, the customer service rep stated that it was because they processed the return wrong, they processed it on one order, and by doing that, it was rejected because the refund amount was over the order amount He said he fixed it and I would get my return in 3-business days I did not receive my return, I called back again on 7/and got the same response, this guy told me that he would process it on two different orders and I should receive my return in 3-business days, and I still have not received my refund

Under Amour did not issue refund for defective sunglasses after being returned

Did not receive order after they billed my card two weeks ago

I purchased pairs of joggers off line and my order was shipped but I never received it but my money was taken out of my account

The UA cancelled my order but they refuse to refund me
I purchased about 1,dollars gift card of Under Armour from Raise.The UA cancelled my order due to billing address but they refuse to refund meThey claim that I should go to Raise to refund since I bought the cards from them and at the mean time Raise told I should go to UA to resolve this problem because they cancelled the orderThey just like keep passing the responsibility all the timeIt has been about weeks and I have actively called them for dozens times they still refuse to refund me! I placed an online order with UnderArmour on July 18th for a pair a sneakers required by my daughter's sports team After a couple of weeks, the package had not arrived so I began trying to reach customer service The hold time to actually get some one on the phone is close to an hour! After multiple phone calls, I learned that the package was lost in shipping and that they would send a replacement It's been almost a full week later and that replacement package STILL hasn't been sent They just tell me that I'll get an email when it does I cannot possibly understand how in this day and age it would take a week to process a rush/priority/replacement order They've offered no reason BUYER BEWARE!! If you need your merchandise, I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere!!!!
