Two Refunds have not been processed
I spoke to customer service yesterday, August 10, regarding two returns on my online order, #P-XXX-XXXX-XXXXI returned two items for $and $I was advised, after a minute wait for customer service, the $was cleared for refund on August and the $was cleared on August for refund to my Paypal accountI have yet to receive a refund of either amount

I returned defective merchandise per a supervisor's recommendation for Under Armour to inspect as the merchandise is listed as waterproof but failed
On 4/14/2018, I called in to Under Armour's Customer Service & spoke with a Supervisor to discuss the Hunting/Raingear that we purchased a couple years ago that had gently been usedThe jacket had been used maybe 8-times but the bib/overall had been used once as of the day I called as the tags were still attachedThe reason I called in is because the jacket and bib/overall was worn together for the first time on 4/14/and unfortunately, the raingear failedThe person who was wearing the jacket and bib/overall became soaked; his clothes underneath were extremely wetI explained this to the supervisor and she advised to ship items to Under Armour for an inspection with the understanding that it was outside of the day return policyI shipped the items on 4/20/and at that time the items were still wet from 4/14/I c

I told the customer sevice rep that I had recently recieved a two shirts as a gift and wore one for the first time, my two year old daughter grabbed the shirt and snagged her fingernail and tore the the shirt which is a knit polo shirt! for a company that prides its self as (athletic) their products cant hold up to a two year old toddler.....pathetic! so during our discussion about the incident the cs rep told me that the snag wasn't their fault! I interned told her that their clothing is faulty! iguess they dont like a customer telling them the truth! long story short they offered me 10% off my next purchasea simple exchange is all I wantedoh well, no worries, surly consumers will get fed up with sub par foreign materials, being marketed to them as quality!
