I recently bought $of UA Products and because of that I got eight (8) Gift Card ($each) to be used for future purchasesOn the last day of the expiration, I tried to use it in the store but according to them I can only use one (1) at a time even though it is clearly state that I can use multiple cards at the same time in the storeNow it is expired and UA stores doesn't want to consider themTHIS IS ADVERTISEMENTI tried to purchase more so I can get more card for future useIN this case I rather just sent all the things I purchased and just wait for another promotion
Bought an item through the websiteItem suddenly not in stockNo one answering customer service when the money was taken out of my account anywayOnly responses from the company are automated and of no help
Placed an online order on 11/28/with free delivery to be 12/or 12/
No shipment made by 11/30, contacted them via website live chat to cancel the order & was told it was too lateAsked to speak with a manager & was given the customer service phone numberSpoke to Dan who said the item was already prepared for shipment so they can not cancel itContacted them again the following day via chat again and was told the same thing: order is prepared for shipment and too late to cancel
It is now 12/2/2016, still "prepared for shipment" but no shipment made
There is obviously no reason this can't be cancelled since if it was prepared for shipment days ago, it would have shipped so that excuse was bogus to begin with
