BSH received Revdex.com's recent correspondence regarding the above customer in that we have not responded to the Revdex.com's initial correspondence in this matter, Please be advised, BSH only received one Revdex.com notice on 11/29/17,In order to resolve this matter a deeply discounted prorate offer was made (emailed) to the customer late October for new Thermador refrigerator and freezer column units (the panels and handles would be free of charge)The customer would be responsible for installation and any possible cabinet modificationsWe received the signed acceptance letter on 11/17/and the payment was taken on 11/29/17, It was advised the ETA of these column units would be end of NovemberRegretfully, the ETA has changed to mid-January and the customer was advised of this when payment was taken on 1/29/17,This is in the process of being addressed and we look forward to a final resolutionWe appreciate you allowing us to respond to these concerns

The Aqua Stop hoses are universal and they are certainly for the customer’s Bosch washer, this is not advertisingWe note customer spoke with us on 4/advising the Bosch washer was leaking to the left back side of the unitTypically customers are billed a trip / diagnoses fee, however the customer was not billed this customary chargeThe Bosch washer shows to be manufactured in Technician diagnosed and recommended service, the customer declinedThe customer purchased the Aqua Stop hoses on 4/Customer spoke to us on 5/3, stated maybe he didn’t know how to install it as it sprayed everywhereIt was suggested if the hoses were installed correctly and it is spraying, there could be something else going on, like a water valve issueBosch always recommends service be performed by an authorized technicianWhen a consumer orders parts to affect their own repair, they receive documentation that states: “You assume all risk and liability if you decide to use anyone other than an authorized service provider for work on your appliance”It also states for a part return, “merchandise must be unopened in its original packaging, undamaged and unused”Due to the reasons noted, Bosch respectfully declines the part return BSH Home AppliancesMain StSte 600Irvine, CA

I purchased the a new Bosch Dishwasher (Model# [redacted] , Serial#***) from [redacted] in 5/2015, which comes with a one year warranty. This machine's recessed handle has been now broken three separate times between 11/3/2015 and 3/7/2015. This has involved three separate service calls from Bosch Home Service (11/3/2015, 12/11/2015, and 3/3/2016). Bosch home service has been completely inconsiderate of my time as well, with FOUR service calls abruptly cancelled on the day of the scheduled visit for various reasons. After the last replacement (3/3/2016), the handle molding broke yet again within a day of installment. I have had an incredibly frustrating (and unsafe) experience with Bosch, which refuses to take any responsibility for the dishwasher. The recessed handle has now broken four times, leaving sharp plastic shards that are a hazard to my three children and other members of my family. I have been incredibly patient with Bosch-- the handle has already been replaced three

We had an issue with the soap dispenser We followed the instructions in the Owners Manual to contact the dealer ("If service is necessary, contact dealer or installer.." They scheduled an appointment for us and we had it repaired We later contacted Bosch with a question based on something the technician told usThey informed us we should not have contacted the dealer, we should have contacted them They said they would have advised us to use a dishwasher cleaner every monthsWe asked where in the manual that information is found, and they said it's not in the manual They were rude, talked over us, and told us we were out of luck because the technician was not an authorized dealer - even though we were put in touch with them by following instructions in the manualDisappointed with the manual and the customer service

Technician came out on March 3, to look at our [redacted] refrigeratorHe says because the refrigerator is over years old, he would recommend replacing itI find out that these 48" refrigerators are over $10,000, so I call back and ask him to repair it even though he says it may cost up to $to fixI tell him to do it anywayHe comes back with another technician the 2nd time and temporarily fixes it by clearing a blockage in the refrigerant line and replacing the dryerHe charges me $bill and tells me that he told me previously it could cost up to $to fix because he wanted to give me a worst case scenarioI ask him what the root cause of the blockage is, and he says he doesn't knowHe says maybe "oil from the compressor"Two weeks later the refrigerator is not cooling againI call to tell BSH that the repair was not successfulThey send out the same original technician again, who again clears the refrigerant lineI ask him if it will break down again,

I am having problems with BSH Home Appliances ability to resolve problems on a Neff Induction HobTheir engineers do not seem to have available or be able to use diagnostic tools and so their repairs appear to be by trial and error using sub-assembly swappingSo far they have neither diagnosed a fault prior to repair nor tested properly following attempted repair resulting in unsuccessful attempts to resolve my problemTheir internal systems do not seem to be particularly responsive nor sympathetic to the problems I have experienced

On 5/28/I purchase dishwasher model#SHP68T55UC/on 8/8/I called because it was leakingOn 8/10/2016, a tech came and said the dishwasher could not be repaired but was under warranty and would be replaced, "probably within a week"As of today 8/30/2016, Bosch has not made any attempts to contact meI have called them times, and each time I have been told it was "in management team review" and it was "in product safety review"Never have they followed up to tell me the progress/or status of this claimMy file# with Bosch is ***I run a business out of my home and this is now costing me moneyI have told them I no longer want a replacement, as I believe that they are the most unprofessional customer service business, and I want the dishwasher removed and I want a refund, therefore, there should be no more "reviews" necessary

I bought a new Bosch dishwasher in November The dishwasher keeps giving Ewatertap error and the water does not drain properly from itI have called the company several times and they schedule the repair weeks down the lineHowever, the problem keeps occurring and every time I call them they can't schedule a technician for at least weeksLast time the technician came but did not bring in the part that needed to be replacement so I had to wait another week for the technician to come back with the partHowever Eproblem persists
I called again this morning to have a technician come in (currently scheduled to come on 11/30/17) before Thanksgiving but the Bosch customer service flat out refused my request
This problem has been going on for months and it seems like this is a defective productI would like Bosch to replace the unit with a working unit
