We spent quite a bit outfitting our recent complete kitchen remodel with the Bosch stainless steel appliances We've lined up two series ovens with the Series Microwave All essentially have the same display panel featuring a digital clock read out Seems reasonable to expect that the clock displays would all illuminate at the same level Bosch's online web page for the Microwave touts, "BuiMicrowave Design Matched for Use in Combination with Bosch Wall Oven" Turns out, they don't match The clock displays on the ovens illuminate visibly (as the picture above) The clock on the microwave, which is housed in virtually identical panel, appears very faint and dim (unlike the picture above) Basically, the display is so dim, you can't read it unless your get right in front of the microwave

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher 12/26/and had it installed 1/7/16, on 8/6/it stopped working, I called Bosch customer service and reported the issue, they gave me companies that could handle the warranty in my area, I called both and was told it would be days before they could come check the appliance as they would order parts so they could repair when they arrived, when they came they brought no parts to repair, did not disassemble anything but said they would order parts and return in 3-days to repair, weeks later they finally called to schedule and did not show up, I called and did not hear from them for several days so I called back and was told they could reschedule for week later, this was not acceptable so I called Bosch back and told them my experience, they wanted me to call the other company they had recommended and I told them they should handle it at this point and they called them and said they would call me the next day, weeks later I have yet to hear fr

I contacted Bosch about a part I needed for a dishwasher I was given the part number I needed in order to repair the appliance They didn't take Discover card and I didn't have another credit card at the moment so I went to their website later that day and ordered the part I used the part number from the email that was sent to me by their representative It is the incorrect part and now they will not let me return it

We ordered Aquastop hot and cold water washing machine hoses from Bosch for $on April 29, 2017, and we want Bosch to refund our money, accept their product, and change their misleading advertising
Bosch advertises their Aquatstop Washer Inlet hoses as:
"For washers of all brands Ideal for all homes, especially condominiums and 2nd floor laundry rooms."
We ordered two hoses, which were more expensive than other similar products The hoses did not work Once they were installed on the machine, water sprayed all over The hoses we were replacing leaked only slightly, but the Bosch Aquastop hoses sprayed water all over, indicating a problem with the hoses, not our machine connection at the inlet We properly installed the Aquastop hoses, since installation is a simple matter of screwing on the hoses, therefore the problem is with the hoses The spraying water indicates they are not designed for our machine Such spraying could cause catastrophic water damage We
