We apologize for the inconveniences associated with the delayed delivery of the dumpster and the customer has been refunded in full (attached.) It was the customer’s decision to not have the dumpster delivered the following business day and the customer will not be subjected to the fee for
cancelling the order. The schedule of deliveries and pickups is created on a daily basis, based upon fuel efficiency and other logistical factors, much like other national delivery servicesWhen issues arise, it pushes deliveries to the next day, which was the cause for this delayed delivery. Budget Dumpster is a national, reputable brand that would never “scam” or deceive a customerAfter reviewing the call recordings and email correspondence with the customers, it is evident that the customer is confused or choosing to disregard our informationOn 10/7/15, the customer ordered via
telephone, where it was clearly communicated to the customer that their dumpster has a 4,pound weight limit and if they were to exceed this weight limit, it would result in a pro-rated charge of $per additional tonThis specific information, along with the receipt, was then successfully sent to the customer via email on 10/7/at 8:amIt is also always listed on our website. We provided this customer, as we do all of our customers the opportunity to avoid the additional charge associated with exceeding the weight limitOnly about 20% of our customers exceed the weight limit, making this customer in the minority with those who do not adhere to the Terms of ServiceThe customer’s dumpster was pickand taken directly to the landfillBudget Dumpster has zero influence over this highly regulated weighing process, which is conducted by a State Certified Weight Master. Per our transparent Terms of Service, which the customer agreed to by renting the dumpster, the customer must take responsibility for the materials that they decided to put inside the dumpsterThe customer was provided a weight ticket from the landfill to further document the weight of the materials inside the dumpsterThe weight ticket is accurate and does not have any discrepancies, despite the claim from the customer Budget Dumpster will not be reversing the valid chargeIf the customer continues to leave the balance unsettled, we will be forced to subject the customer to the collections process.Additionally, the customer has referred to our business as “bait and switch” and “scam,” which implies criminal wrongdoingSince this is not accurately reflective of the situation, or Budget Dumpster, it is libel and defamatoryIf the customer continues to falsely describe our business on the Revdex.com or any other medium, we will consider taking legal action. It is our company’s policy to not automatically pick up dumpsters, not to incur additional charges, but rather give our customers enough time to remove all of their unwanted materialsAt the time of ordering the dumpster, our representative clearly communicated that it is required to call in to

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
1) We have worked with other dumpster companies and we have extensive experience with the industry.2) We placed a first order to try this company (Budget Dumpster) and (as for other dumpster companies) we set up the dumpster for a period of time and it was picked up with out us calling in to request for a pick upSot we did not call on the first order to request for a pick up and yet the dumpster was picked up on due time We have only made three orders and we have done enough to assess that we are disappointed with the services3) There was an agreement with the representative providing a 50% desc on the total of that invoice refuted here because he understood that this is a "regular miss" of new customers; such agreement was not honored at the end as retaliation towards us for raising up a claiming that the terms were not completely and clearly disclosed to us4) Furthermore, I was informed that there are three or four of this cases every week, which is an indication of how the disclosure of terms are not clearAs far as I know the other companies we have worked with does not have that ratio of misunderstood terms; we have worked with other companies with out a glitchTo me this seems conveniently not clear for the customer however conveniently fit for Budget Dumpster.5) The representative whom attended me said that the terms will be as well explained in the email which I read and the "call to pick up request" terms are not there.6) Furthermore, the representative who unlawfully charged our card while we were still dealing with this issue and without an agreement he acted unprofessionally by charging us with out our authorization

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI don't think the container that shows on the weigh master ticket is mineThey intentionally charged my credit card and showing this frivolous weigh receipt that was taken from different containerThis isn't a close matter as my credit card company is also investigating the matter Also I didn't voluntarily made the payment to prove that I agreed with them, they had my credit card on file so the charge was made without my consentI'll find this sham business o the end since they use their terms and policies to cheat customersThe additional $was also charged to my credit card and them alleging that I didn't arrange for pick up and they couldn't pick up the container due to a parked vehicleIt's not true, the day they were suppose to pick it up they didn't show up, they came when I didn't expect them so it wasn't my fault them not able to pick the container upThe same language they send to everybody whenever they are challenged for being dubious
