Our Terms and Conditions are always available on our website, communicated on the telephone with the customer prior to ordering and then sent via email prior to delivery of the dumpsterBy renting the dumpster, the customer agreed to these TermsPlease consider, this is not a punishment feeWe are simply recuperating the additional costs incurred by the customer for disposing additional materialsThese are essentially recovery costs as Budget Dumpster does not own or operate the landfill and paid for these additional materials on behalf of the customerAs stated previously, the customer is responsible for any materials put inside the container, while it is in their possession, including weatherThis is a valid charge, that has been paid in full and we do not have any intentions of refunding any amountWe have provided documentation to support the weight of the materialsIf the customer has any documentation the contradicts our findings, we are more than happy to consider itThank you

Per the call recording at the time of the order, our policy regarding the removal of the container was properly communicated to the customerOur representative stated that it was the customer’s responsibility to contact us to pithe dumpster and detailed the fees associated using the dumpster
beyond the 10-day rental periodThis information reiterated via email On 8/7/17, someone called in on behalf of the customer to schedule the removalThe fees for using the dumpster for days was communicated and that the card on file would be chargedIn regards to the overage charge, Budget Dumpster does not have any control over the state-regulated weighing process or the amount of materials the customer decided to put inside the containerWhen the dumpster was removed, the container is sealed and then taken directly to the landfillIt is weighed multiple times and a state-certified Weigh Master determined the customer’s materials weighed tons or tons over the tons weight limitWe are billed on a monthly cycle from the landfill, which is the source of the delayBoth of these charges were authorized by the customer, per the mutually agreed upon Terms and ConditionsPlease refer to this relevant excerpt: Customer hereby expressly authorizes Budget Dumpster to retain your credit card information and charge your credit on a monthly basis for rental fees and all other charges to which Budget Dumpster is entitled hereunderCustomer acknowledges and agrees that such credit card authorization shall remain valid and in full force and effect during the applicable rental period and for a period of time not to exceed days beyond the last day of your Equipment rentalTo further document the weight of the customer’s materials, we have included the weight ticket from the landfillThis is the official documentation associated with the weight of the customer’s materialsWe would like both the customer and the Revdex.com to consider that at the time of removal, the person who called in stated the dumpster was filled to the topIn addition, a 10-yard dumpster can contain up to tons or 20,pounds of materialsWe understand that estimating the weight of materials can be difficult, which is why we make every effort to help customer’s avoid additional feesAvailable on our website is a weight calculator, specifically for carpet to help determine total weightUpon request, we are willing to provide any additional documentation, including call recordingsWe do apologize for any confusion, but do feel we provided this customer every opportunity to avoid the fees in questionAt this time, we do not have any intention of waiving these valid charges

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As of this morning at 11am, the dumpster has been picked up The conditions of the alley were the same as yesterday, there has been no attempt by the city to plow the alley, add ice melting products, or any other changes as the temperatures never reached above thawing temperatures since yesterday I have a photo of the alley after the dumpster was picked up today Why was it able to be picked up today and not yesterday when the conditions were the same? I am also still not happy with the unprofessional and condescending responses I received from the supervisor named Andrew I'm just glad that they picked up the dumpster today in the ice and snow and didn't try to charge me for another "dry run"

Budget Dumpster continues to try to bully us with increasingly angry language in their correspondence and threats of sending us to "collections" if we don't pay up, all the while claiming that we are defaming them...hmm, interesting All we are attempting to do is be absolutely sure that we are not being charged for something fraudulent We told the representative of Budget Dumpster previously that we had not received a copy of the actual weight ticket, only an additional invoice, and asked for it again We can also provide that documentation, so they can stop trying to act so hurt that it took going through the Revdex.com for us to actually get it The problem is that we still cannot see on there what makes that ticket belong to us in particular It came from Scott county Ok, great Nothing on there says to us that it came from our yard, that's the issue Its not difficult And, until we know without a shadow of a doubt that it belongs to us, Budget Dumpster will have to wait We would like to thank the Revdex.com for the service provided, but from the last correspondence from Budget Dumpster, we don't think they will be conducting themselves within the bounds of proper business, as they obviously prefer anger to complete information

I will continue to state that this company did not have my authorization nor did they ask to associate my card with someone else's accountI will insist that I agreed to pay one fee on the account in the amount of $I did not authorize nor did I give permission for this company to use my card to pay for any other charges on this accountIf there was an outstanding balance on this account since May as the company claims then why did they deliver another dumpster to the account in question without demanding the outstanding balance be paid in full prior to the delivery of the second dumpster? Their explanation does not make since since the $that I agreed to pay was the overweight charges from the second dumpster that was delivered in June and had nothing to do with the first dumpster that was delivered in MayAgain, this was NOT an authorized charge by the cardholder, and with federal regulations it is against the law to charge someone's credit card for unauthorized transactionsSince my name is not on the account, I am not liable for any charges to the account therefore, this was credit card fraud and is against the law
