The company provided an email with a photo of the repairman so I would know who to expect. Company verified I was home, and notified me of arrival status. Repairmen was pleasant and professional, and job was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Excellent service time I have used this company. The servicemen are courteous and polite and their workmanship is very good.

I had a really good experience with Budget Air Condition and Plumbing, the tech was on time and was neat and friendly. I have used them several times.

They were very good at communicating with me as to when they would be there. The service man was knowledgable. He fixed the part promptly and got the AC working again fast. He knew the perimeters of my warranty better than I did. I would highly recommend this company.

Budget HVAC& Plumbing is an exceptionally good Service Company. My experience was great from first contact to and includin [redacted] visit. JR was very courteous and knowlegable. He was patient and explained each procees for repairing or correcting the problems. He finished the job, made sure I understood what he did and was satisfied with the results. JR is definetly an asset and a great representative for Budget! I definetly was very satisfied. I will definetly recommend Budget and JR to others. I will use Budget for any future service needs.

Sean is a professional genius. He is a keeper. Best AC senior tech I have ever worked with. I would rate him a 15 out of 10. He was a magnificent teacher. I learned the terms torpedo and 90s. He drew pics.

Budget was responsive and flexible with scheduling an appointment. Phil was great with describing problem situation and provided me with options on how to resolve. He patiently answered my numerous questions and helped me reach a decision. He even kindly explained again the situation to my husband over the phone. We made a plan of action, ordered parts and scheduled a return visit. Phil was on time again and completed the work for us as planned. He explained additional work that we would need done and provided suggestions and issues we needed to consider. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and his suggestions. I will use Budget again and will request Phil if possible.

I was really impressed with Budget. They sent out 2 very qualified people to check my AC and Plumbing issues. Both were very knowledgeable and helped to address the issues. I also love that they call when the technician is on the way and send their photo as well. As a single woman it set my mind at ease knowing who was coming to my home.

Klint was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made me comfortable and not pressured. Brooke called to say Klint was on his way, and sent an email, with a picture of Klint . I knew I was opening the door to the right person.

You complaint is against the warranty company, not Budget.  First and foremost we voided your check so since we have collected no money we are out of this transaction.  Secondly we could not replicate the leak in your home so if we can not replicate the leak we can't repair or replace...

anything.  Lastly, since we voided your check you will have to take this up with your warranty company.

This was my very first experience with this business and I found the person who took my initial call and appointment very professional and good to talk with. The technician who repaired my furnace was very well dressed in a work uniform and was very polite and informed me what I needed to do to keep my furnace in good working order.

My tech checked EVERYTHING on my system to find my issue and explained what he did.

We had a young man named James install a new kitchen faucet set and a garbage disposal for us, we could not be happier with James and the work that he did. We will definitely call Budget again for any future need.

The contractor was very polite and willing to answer any questions I had. He also gave advise on the proper handling of the garbage disposal. He was fast and courteous.

My technician was Mark and he worked quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue with my water heater...works great now! He was friendly and I will continuing doing business with Budget

Mr.[redacted] thru a home warranty company had us come out as a 3rd party to cable a stoppage at there residence. The shower drain that we cabled thru was improperly installed due to being siliconed to bottom of shower which it should...

of been molded into the tiled shower base. The shower drain then leaked and not knowing how the home warranty company works which isn't his fault made the complaint with us instead of the home warranty company as we are just a third party. The issue has been resolved and we are both in good standings with each other. It was just a misunderstanding on how the home warranty works.
