I'm rejecting this response because:
I am accepting the fact the business did come out the weekend after I contacted the Revdex.com. I contacted Revdex.com on 5/26/and on 5/28/the technician came out. The technician came out and identified the problem. The technician could not correct the problem immediately due to the severity of the issueThe company had to get permission from American Home Shield to proceed. I was contacted by both the company and AHS on 6/1/to see if I wanted to proceed with the repairs due to the out of pocket expense and I agreed to proceed. The company scheduled the repair on 6/8/16. I just feel the time period was still TOO long from the time I started this service. I was willing to remove or accept the response but the follow up takes too long.

The business contacted me and agreed to resolve the water issue by putting a condenser on

I called them and they came and told me the compressor was shot and I need freon. They said they would submit this claim to ***. *** approved a new compressor and to fill with freon. They returned to fill the freon, but did not replace the compressor. A few days later the AC was running hot again. I called them and they told me to call *** and to report a recall. I called *** and again Budget Heating returned with a different serviceman. This serviceman told me the compressor was shot and had not freon. This was in July 2016. This serviceman must have repaired the compressor and replaced the freon with the approval of ***. The AC has been working since. I would like my refund of $as I feel the first service call did nothing as I had the same problem one week later

Will was very efficient arrived on time cleaned up his work areaI would highly recommend BudgetGreat service and vey professional

Fantastic service from Budget cooling & heatingThe service Tech was on time, polite, professional and got my AC running within minuteshe diagnosed the problem within a few minutesReplaced the old capacitor and my air was back on
Called them Friday afternoon (9/18/15, Jackie and Alicia were the customer service reps I dealt with Appointment was set for Monday, 9/from am - pmWilliam arrived shortly after amThey emailed me Monday morning to confirm and also called with the name of the service tech and to let me know he was heading my way
I really like that he asked if I wanted the old part and showed me the old capacitor with the burnt wiresGoing forward Budget will definitely be my AC and heating companyHighly recommend them

They called when they said they would call, they arrived when they said they would arrive, and their work was very professional

Phillip Ccompleted several projects in my bathroom today He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, Phillip has the perfect blend between professionalism and friendliness and I would happily have him back in my home for future plumbing projects
