Budget was quick to respond. [redacted] was clear and comprehensive explaining the problem I had with AHS. Will was fast on the repair and extremely professional. The whole exerience was positive, which is not common with a plumbing problem!

We did indeed charge to have the dishwasher disconnected and reconnected so we could perform the work since it was not disconnected upon arrival.  Nevertheless we have refunded the disputed charge of $375 since that time.

Phillip and Lacy of Budget Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Scheduling and updates by Lacy were prompt and courteous, while the workmanship, professional service, and determination to find the water leak by Phillip was outstanding. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely use Budget, and I recommend Budget to anyone looking for fast and reliable service. Budget was outstanding.

Wonderful experience from the first phone call for service, through the service man who was very professional and answered all questions and explained everything!

I placed a call and within the hour a representative from the company contacted me to let me know they were processing my request and that a service person would be at my house that afternoon. The company rep call prior to the service person arriving at my home. The company rep was very pleasant and professional. When the service person (JR P[redacted]) came to the door, he introduced himself and he was dressed appropriately and clean-cut. Very nice first impression. JR addressed my issue right away and was able to resolve. JR was very pleasant, professional and provided an overview of what the issue was. I was very impressed.

J.R. P[redacted] was professional as well as personable. We've had at least two other plumbing companies to come out who were not able to resolve our leak. He immediately discovered the problem and made the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. Afterwards he took the time to explain what he'd done and gave recommendations on other steps we should take prior to having the cosmetic repairs completed. Although he believed the problem to be fixed, he told us to contact his company if we have any issues.

[redacted] was very courteous and professional. He first checked out what I needed done and then gave me an estimate of cost. I asked a few questions concerning what needed to be done and was satisfied that the work described was needed. He did a good job, all my leaks and the water line to my refrigerator were fixed. His cost are in-line with what I paid a plumber in the past. Also, Budget is located in my hometown of St. Peters MO. I would recommend Budget to friends.

Showed up during appointed time window with a call first. Very thorough and thoughtful determination of problems and solutions. Phil made suggestions for future consideration as well as proactive approach to maintenance.

They were friendly and helpful. They helped me understand how they work with my home warranty company and explained a lot. The issue with my water heater was resolved to my satisfaction.

I have recently moved into a new house and had to call Budget Plumbing for a leaky toilet. Phil came to our rescue. He was very helpful and fixed/replaced the broken piece in a timely manner. I recommend Budget Plumbing and Phil.

Matt L[redacted] installed a new water heater for me today. Very pleasant young man and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving my home including having hot water!
