parts free of charge and billed them back to the third-party company, American Home Shield. Your request to have a refund on the repairs and parts is something you'll have to take up with them as we do not have your money and never did. Unfortunately your complaint is misplaced and needs to be directed at the third-party company involved, American Home Shield.

The customer sent payment and we have taken it out of collections.

I do not have POA for my mother, but my brother does.  If we need one for this situation, I can get you a copy.  The bill in question is $236.00 statement from [redacted] and doesn't even show what the bill is for.

Very pleased with Joe W. Timely friendly professional service. Would highly recommend.

Chris P. did an excellent job replacing our defective (leaking) water pressure valve. He explained what he was going to do, had the replacement in his truck, and very efficiently replaced the valve including having to solder in an extra piece of pipe. He was very friendly and cleaned up afterward very well. I am very happy with the job well done.

Revdex.com:I had talked to Budget on SEVERAL occasions to explain what had happened. They said they understood and it was settled , however here we are. I am satisfied that they are taking this out of collection however it should have never been put there to begin with.. It just goes along with how the company treated us from the start on this service call. I wonder how many new AC units have been installed by this company that did not need to be?

I'm rejecting this response because:I am accepting the fact the business did come out the weekend after I contacted the Revdex.com.  I contacted Revdex.com on 5/26/16 and  on 5/28/16 the technician came out.  The technician came out and identified the problem.  The technician could not correct the problem immediately due to the severity of the issue. The company had to get permission from American Home Shield to proceed.  I was contacted by both the company and AHS on 6/1/16 to see if I wanted to proceed with the repairs due to the out of pocket expense and I agreed to proceed.  The company scheduled the repair on 6/8/16.  I just feel the time period was still TOO long from the time I started this service.  I was willing to remove or accept the response but the follow up takes too long.

complaint that need to be addressed. First and foremost, we had our tech come out on the 4th of July without any extra fee at your convenience. Next we did not send a tech named [redacted] out to your home, because we do not currently have an employee named [redacted] working at our company. The tech we sent out did everything they should have correctly. Your main complaint is based on the fee we charged for parts and labor. Though you may feel the charge was excessive, you are failing to take many things into account. We cannot charge the exact price of the capacitor, because we would be making no profit for our company, which is how we pay our employees. The second part of that charge was for labor. We must make enough money to pay our techs wages and health insurance. The men and women we hire all have families, so they deserve to make a fair, honest income like any other person. Don't you agree? Taking all of this into account, we agreed that we would NOT be charging you for anything; not for the service fee, and not for the parts and labor. This was based on the promise that this poor review would be taken down, but unfortunately the Revdex.com would not allow this to happen. The Revdex.com is essentially allowing a customer to extort our company for a complaint that is not valid. We are extremely disappointed with both the Revdex.com, and the fact that we have to deal with this unfair complaint.

Hello,   I want to let the Revdex.com to withdraw the claim # [redacted].  The company Budget Heating and Cooling has agreed to a settlement of a $69 charge and to withdraw my mother's name from [redacted].   Thank you very much for your help in this matter.

This review has been carefully reviewed and it is our response that it is fraudulent and defamatory.  This is not our customer.  There has been no work order with this customer's name.  A warranty company sent over a work request for a different customer name at this address. ...

Per home warranty guidelines all steps were properly taken.There has been much dispute between a Mr. [redacted], a realtor  and his home warranty company regarding this address.  None of the complaint listed here is a viable complaint against Budget Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.It is the responsibility of a warranty customer to understand their warranty procedures, not blame a local contractor.All documented information & recorded conversations will be forwarded to our legal department for further review regarding defamation.This complaint should be taken down and removed from our company information.

Andrew A[redacted] was a very positive and extremely nice to us even though it was 100 degrees outside. He took the time to talk with us and explain to us what he was trying to accomplish every step of the way.
Andrew's customer service and trade skills will take him to the top of his field.

Very professional and courteous technicians. Arrived on schedule and took care of the problem to our complete satisfaction.

Budget has replaced our air conditioner, furnace and water heater.
We've also used them multiple times for other plumbing repairs. They have always been professional, friendly and prompt.
I was compelled to write this review after seeing some of the negative reviews posted online .
Years ago we too had a negative experience with a home warranty provider we have since chosen to cancel.
Choosing to use a home warranty to complete repairs allows an insurance company to make the decision on coverages. It takes the customers wishes on the repairs away. This we too found out the hard way.
We cancelled our policy and now choose to pay for the repairs we need the way we want them done.
Budget has always provided us with excellent service and we will continue to use and recommend their services.

Just want to say we were very,very pleased with Jeff,did his job very well and efficient,nice to talk to and new his job. Thank you sam and mary c[redacted].

Leak under sink, weekday noon. Called my regular plumber and they wanted an $185 emergency service charge just to come out and evaluate. Called Budget. They were there in 2 hours. Fixed the piping at half the cost of the other guys. Budget is my new plumber!

Andrew with Budget Cooling, Heating was very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous!

I had a quick response from Budget. When the plumber arrived, he quickly located the problem and proceeded to fix it. He was so courteous and helpful.

This company came by my house to assess my plumbing that was leaking. Phil was very professional, helpful, and pleasant. I would use their services again!!
