Complaint: [redacted] I'm rejecting this response because:I am accepting the fact the business did come out the weekend after I contacted the Revdex.com I contacted Revdex.com on 5/26/and on 5/28/the technician came out The technician came out and identified the problem The technician could not correct the problem immediately due to the severity of the issueThe company had to get permission from American Home Shield to proceed I was contacted by both the company and AHS on 6/1/to see if I wanted to proceed with the repairs due to the out of pocket expense and I agreed to proceed The company scheduled the repair on 6/8/ I just feel the time period was still TOO long from the time I started this service I was willing to remove or accept the response but the follow up takes too long Sincerely, [redacted]

Excellent service time I have used this company The servicemen are courteous and polite and their workmanship is very good

I had a water heater go out on us and we got bids on a new oneWe were a little hesitant because they were $cheaper than the middle bid and almost $cheaper than the highestwe took a chance and couldn't be happier with their workWe will use them again if we have anymore issues

Revdex.com:I had talked to Budget on SEVERAL occasions to explain what had happenedThey said they understood and it was settled , however here we areI am satisfied that they are taking this out of collection however it should have never been put there to begin withIt just goes along with how the company treated us from the start on this service callI wonder how many new AC units have been installed by this company that did not need to be? Both JR and Lacy were very proficient and professional, I called for service and my repair was made within three days!

Chris came out and fixed the leak in my bathroom, and did a professional job

Beau J [redacted] was incredibly professional and helpfulHe walked me through everything and explained exactly what he was doing and the cost I would highly recommend Budget Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing!

You complaint is against the warranty company, not Budget First and foremost we voided your check so since we have collected no money we are out of this transaction Secondly we could not replicate the leak in your home so if we can not replicate the leak we can't repair or replace anything Lastly, since we voided your check you will have to take this up with your warranty company

The customer sent payment and we have taken it out of collections

My experience was great from start to finishMatt the plumber was a Godsend! He was courteous, professional and prompt! I had several issues and he handled each one without fail

Phillip was honest, efficient and provided excellent customer service

They sent me a photo of the tech sent to check my AC It was a nice touch

[redacted] , we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us, but there are many issues with your complaint that need to be addressedFirst and foremost, we had our tech come out on the 4th of July without any extra fee at your convenienceNext we did not send a tech named [redacted] out to your home, because we do not currently have an employee named [redacted] working at our companyThe tech we sent out did everything they should have correctlyYour main complaint is based on the fee we charged for parts and laborThough you may feel the charge was excessive, you are failing to take many things into accountWe cannot charge the exact price of the capacitor, because we would be making no profit for our company, which is how we pay our employeesThe second part of that charge was for laborWe must make enough money to pay our techs wages and health insuranceThe men and women we hire all have families, so they deserve to make a fair, honest income like any other personDon't you agree? Taking all of this into account, we agreed that we would NOT be charging you for anything; not for the service fee, and not for the parts and laborThis was based on the promise that this poor review would be taken down, but unfortunately the Revdex.com would not allow this to happenThe Revdex.com is essentially allowing a customer to extort our company for a complaint that is not validWe are extremely disappointed with both the Revdex.com, and the fact that we have to deal with this unfair complaint

J.RP [redacted] was professional as well as personableWe've had at least two other plumbing companies to come out who were not able to resolve our leakHe immediately discovered the problem and made the necessary repairs in a timely fashion Afterwards he took the time to explain what he'd done and gave recommendations on other steps we should take prior to having the cosmetic repairs completedAlthough he believed the problem to be fixed, he told us to contact his company if we have any issues
